Vacation rentals in Barrage-McLaren

We recently got married and had a mini-honeymoon at Catherine’s cottage and brought along our dog. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. We cooked simple meals and enjoyed the views of the river. We took long walks along the paths and in town. We enjoyed the campfire each night by the river and the cozy atmosphere of the whole property. It was a perfect getaway in an ideal location. Absolutely beautiful stay!! Stunning veiws from the tarrace which were best enjoyed from the hot tub, which was a lovely to have on those crisp fall evening. Very comfortable and well equiped place. It was an easy walk down into town, and the hill on the way up helped get the digestion going after a nice dinner in the village. It was very nice that the rental came with a parking spot as we were able to park the car all weekend and walk into the village. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Nice place to get back to nature - we had deer browsing in the grass near the river to look at - while still just a mile or so to the town of Tremblant and its shops and restaurants.

Amazing place! We loved our couples getaway. Beautiful view from the deck and hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond. Flexible Check-in/check-out. Would definitely come back!

Xavier was an excellent host, always very responsive and helpful. The condo was warm and lovely. We felt right at home. The location was great as well. It was a short 15 minute walk into the village or a quick shuttle ride.

Pictures don’t really do this space justice. It’s very nicely laid out and the accent pieces like the dining table lighting and carved wood table really make it special. There’s plenty of space to hang out in the open concept kitchen/dining/ living room. Kitchen appliances are brand new and luxe, as were the bathroom fixtures. We never felt cold despite never turning the heat on.
