Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Super charming house, comfortable and complete. Beautiful view on very large terrain. It is ideal for nature lovers, exclusivity and tranquility. Possibility of a lot of walking around the area. Finnish sauna with glass and view of the mountains. River with beach on the property, 900 meters from the house. It has wifi and TV with Sky. The access is 17 km of land, being the ideal 4x4 vehicle. Perfect for a couple, a couple with children (up to 2, maximum) or for up to 4 people with privacy, as there is only one bathroom. 2-acre site, located at the foot of Serra da Mantiqueira, overlooking Serra do Mar. We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

As described by others, the house is better than in the photos. Beautiful and clean and cozy place. Lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is complete and everything works well. We were in 10 and the whole family loved every moment. The location of the house is a little further from the city center than we imagined. This was not an issue in itself, but since our goal was not to make meals like lunch and dinner at home, we had two daily trips to make. For those who want a really quiet place, this should be seen as a great benefit! We will definitely get back to host and arrange for a few barbecues on site :-)

The green house located on the Jasmin site is a real spectacle, we feel in paradise: quiet, quiet, extremely well equipped house, cozy, comfortable, makes us want to live in it. Everything with extreme good taste, a luxury in the countryside. Tom and Fátima are excellent hosts. We love the waterfalls nearby, and the lake with kayaks, stand-up and EVA rug make the fun guaranteed! we will be back for sure!

The location given by Aibnb (via GoogleMaps) is not correct. Were the instructions of Mr. Rocha that made it possible for us to get home. The place is very nice, Mr. Rocha was very receptive, kind and friendly. The place held 20 people well without problems. The place has steep climbs that can be difficult for the elderly. But overall, it was wonderful.

The stay was perfect!!!! Monica is a sweetheart, very available, concerned and cheerful. All its lightness is transmitted in your home, which is simply a paradise.
