refurbished accommodation, functional, clean, very well located close to shops and the beach. we were so good that we could stay there all year round😉. Thank you to Gregory and Maryse for their welcome and flexibility. we highly recommend it.

Excellent apartment, spacious (except bathroom) old well renovated living room, simple but functional kitchen (small oven + fridge with freezer + microwave + toaster + filter coffee maker) , bathroom same could be refreshed but does the job, rather good bedding, functional air conditioning at the top and necessary in August, convenient balcony to spread towels, very nice sea view just z roads to cross ( one car attention and the other bikes/scooters). we loved our stay, after August 15 no noise at the top with our 3 and 6 years old and the doggie Thanks for a great stay. for us self check-in and self check-out. elevator and secure parking place in the back nickel apartment crossing donx quiet rooms in the back with air conditioning also (south-facing) and nice view in the distance

Well-placed accommodation 2 min walk from the beach as well as proximity to shops and restaurants on foot. Excellent stay. I would recommend it 100%.

The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, it is very well equipped (like at home even if we did not enjoy it because short stay and meal taken outside). Located close to a convenience store and the sea, with private and secure parking, a big asset. Not to mention Jocelyne, a smiling and attentive host who took the time to welcome us, we recommend this apartment.

We are delighted with our stay in Port Leucate. Beautiful apartment, well-equipped, air conditioning. Ideally located 2 min from the sea, 8 min from the Port (bar, restaurant, ice cream parlor). Chantal and Nadine are available and welcoming. Thanks for everything.

Had a bit of trouble finding the place, but that was more to do with my satnav I think. Apartment was absolutely fine, no issues at all, patio area was in full sun most of the day too,. Location was perfect, literally 3 mins walk to beach and local bars and restaurants. Only used the car once all week, got everything we needed from local shops, caught the bus into Perpignan to save driving and parking.. would definitely recommend Raphael and his apartment to anyone Keith & Gill

Stayed very well, the accommodation is located right next to the beach, ideal also for long walks all along. There is a lift which is appreciated when you are charged and the air conditioning is also too hot if it is too hot. Balcony well located in relation to the sun with sea view. As for the port and restaurants/shops, they are easily accessible by foot in a little 15 minutes if not parking just next door. Gérard was very welcoming, responsive and flexible on schedules, thank you very much.

The beach is a 15/20 minute walk under the shade of the muriers, very pleasant. we recommend Delphine 100%. a sweet, kind and very welcoming person. Accommodation in a good location, it is 15/20 mins from the beach but 5 mins by car. The environment is green and quiet. The description matches the listing and expectations. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor without elevator access. The residence is well maintained.
