Great stay in Barbados with my parents. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and had a fantastic stay. Hosts are also very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

Had a fantastic stay at Shirrell's place. Spotlessly clean, freindly neighbourhood, felt very safe in the area and everything we needed was catered for. Shirrell was very quick to respond to any questions we had, she's a great host. We all thankyou for our lovely stay and hope to come back again. I would recommend downloading the Pick Up Barbados App for Taxis, They were also brilliant.

Keisha’s place was exactly as described. Modern, clean and a great backyard and swimming pool. Only minutes of walking away from a beautiful beach. Keisha was very accommodating and communicative, we did not need to reach out for anything the entire stay. Very smooth check-in/out experience. Barbados is a beautiful island and I would stay in any of Keisha’s homes because this was an immaculate experience. Thank you for hosting us! We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful home. Very quiet a d private area. Need a rental car since it is off the beaten path. Pool was lovely. Air conditioners in the bedrooms worked wonderfully. Felt very safe and comfortable. Jan was very friendly and readily available to answer questions.

Vida Mejor was a great villa for our family on our first trip to Barbados. Carlton met us at check-in and was very helpful getting us situated. We had plenty of space inside, but we spent most of our time there on the back patio and pool which were very pleasant. Even had some animal visitors (monkeys) from time to time which was very fun. Location is great, very quiet, but easy walk to Holetown Beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Holetown is also pretty convenient for driving to the activities we visiting, like the wildlife reserve, animal flower cave, Harrison caves, etc. Overall very satisfied with the accommodations and would definitely recommend!

This place was unreal. Perfect location & house is just so dreamy. Kirk was so kind to us and so helpful! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Watersmeet Beach Apartments is the perfect getaway in Barbados. Located directly at the pristine Worthing Beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It's amazing that you can just walk straight to beach from your apartment. Everything is nearby. Fred and Michaela are great hosts. They are very kind, communicative and helpful. We hired a car from them which was great to be able to explore the island. We definitely want to come back.

Andrew is truly a super host! He was waiting patiently for us upon arrival to greet us, even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. He gave us a tour of the Villa and made us feel right at home. He provided us with recommendations, was quick to respond to our questions and was always helpful , friendly and warm. We could not have asked for a better host. The Southern Villa is immaculate, spacious, beautiful and in a perfect location. The pool area, terrace and wrap-around balcony provided extra space to hang out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The washer and dryer and full kitchen also made it feel like home. We were close to awesome restaurants, Accra beach, shopping, and transportation routes. Andrew was also kind enough to drive us to the grocery store. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Southern Surf apartments and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks Andrew to you and all your crew and see you again soon!

What can I say we had the best time staying here, Katie was amazing, so helpful and quick responses, she told us recommendations for activities and local restaurants etc she never made us feel like we were being a pain asking questions any time of the day she was brilliant.! We would highly recommend this accommodation it was clean and everything was tidy it felt like home from home. Don’t hesitate to book here! We will be back x

To say our family had one of the best trips ever would be a huge understatement!!!! Barbados and Sweetwater House are both extraordinary!! We boated with Captain Dwayne, snorkeled with Cool Runnings (both were recommended by our host) and ate so many exceptional meals in BEAUTIFUL restaurants. Sweetwater House is so fantastic! The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and each with its own lovely bathroom! Perfect for a family of adults. The house is so well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and the loveliest decor. But it’s the outdoor settings that were my favorite part! An awesome pool and multiple outdoor eating and living areas surrounded by beautiful flowers and stone walkways with an incredible view of the crystal blue waters. I’ve never written such a lengthy review and I haven’t even covered everything I loved about this awesome home!!

We had an absolutely incredible time at Lower BeachGate with our family of four (two school aged kids). The location on the ocean with the private balcony and shared pool deck is incredibly stunning. We spent so much time at the place (more than we thought) as it was so lovely and relaxing. Everyone fought over the hammock and the pool, though cool, was an awesome place for the kids to play and a night dip. The beach in front is a little rocky but we enjoyed it and snorkelled as well. It was an easy walk to a few other beaches also. We walked to many wonderful restaurants for dinner (Salt, Naru, Tapas, Blakey’s) as well as Lanterns Mall. We used to bus to go the the grocery store and Oistins (note there can be lots of traffic). We usually rent a car but this location doesn’t require it. The unit is beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The construction next door is barely noticeable. Philip and Tina are super sweet and responsive! We will 100% be back! Loved it!!!

The Sandgate Beach House was absolutely beautiful!!! The pictures and description were extremely accurate. As a group of six, we had plenty of room both inside and out. The patio/terrace allowed us to spend 95% of our time outside. It was such a pleasure to wake up and be right on the beach. Can't say enough about this house. We hope to return next year!!

The house is right on the beautiful beach and had everything our family needed! The ocean views from the deck are amazing and the back yard feels like a paradise!

Turtle Reef has been my lengthy stay in Barbados for many years. We refer to it as our home from home. The decor is totally my taste and is totally conducive to why it suits myself and my special needs daughter. John and Shirley are the perfect hosts.

Over all my family and I wore very pleased with this pick, very spacious loved the open concept of the home, the area is quite and near everything we needed for this trip, only down side is if you plan in using public transportation be ready to walk the distance back and forth. I personally taught it was a bit too far from bus stop.if you’re renting a car it’s going to be under 5 mins drive to main road it’s also perfect for surfers. Very short distance to one of the best beaches I visited, we took early morning and late afternoon swims. Would definitely recommend.OT was very proactive with making sure all was well before and during the stay,same as there property manager

Very clean and as described

Really enjoyed our stay at Adela's beautiful cottage, we were so surprised when the gates opened revealing the most beautiful tropical garden complete with parrots, humming birds and the occasional family of monkeys passing through! The space and layout of the cottage worked really well for us and we very much appreciated how well equipped it was, both inside and out. It is a short walk to the beautiful Gibbs beach and close to Mullins beach - also walkable, where you have The Sea Shed restaurant and the wonderful Adrian's Corner, where you can hire sunbeds and who make brilliant Pina Coladas! We now feel that we have found our home from home in Barbados and have already booked for next year!

Natalia's home was perfect for our trip to Barbados. We came with the intention to explore the island and her home was spot on. Pros: - Communication with Natalia and her local team (Stacey and Natasha) was excellent throughout - home was clean upon arrival - Bedrooms: all beds were comfortable, individual split unit AC in each room, plenty of closet space in each. Master has an ensuite - Private plunge pool and the outdoor space was wonderful - private parking for 2 cars Cons: - some kitchen items showed signs of wear/usage This home is great for travelers looking to be away from hotel/resort crowds who want to get out and do their own thing. It is a 15-20min drive from the airport, 8min drive from Oistins, 3min drive from Freights Bay (surfing), 5 min drive from Silver Sands Beach (kite & wind surfing), 5min drive from Miami Beach (relax & swim), 15min drive from the Gap. You will receive a list of local restaurants, sights and activities upon check-in which is helpful.

Very nice place, and huge! Secluded, quiet, and very responsive host. There is a trail behind on the coast line you can see people but they are very far away. Pool is amazing, covered porch is great for those who want shade and pool gets sun all day. Pool has 3 areas: a shallow sloping area good for kids, a medium (chest level) area and, a deep area. Don't expect to have much around close by, car is almost a must, closest store is a very limited local store with minimal supplies (5-10 min away), major grocery store (15-20 min). You may see a few millipedes walking around remember your in the islands version of the sticks, and the windows don't have screens so you may get some flies but keep things clean and you will have no issues. Make sure to get some bottled water when getting supplies, host had bunch for us on arrival. He was honest and said that the water should be potable but just in case he recommended drinking bottled, we decided not to chance it.

Michelle was an amazing host! She met us at the property, even after our flight in was delayed. The property is in a quiet, private street. It's not on the beach, but you can get to the beach with a short 5 minute walk, or a very short 1 minute drive. Stade's distillery is also a short drive away. To get to other areas, we had a car so it wasn't a challenge for us. I am not sure how it would be without having a car. During the stay, Michelle was very responsive, and gave us information and suggestions on places to go. They had everything we needed, including a lot of towels for the beach! There's a full kitchen, so you can cook, and a coffee machine and kettle (but you should bring your own coffee or tea to make, with sugar and cream). There is also a grocery store 10 minutes away that has everything you could need. If you are looking for a stay that's away from the tourist areas, quiet, and you have a car, this is the place for you.

I enjoyed my stay at Delmar Villa. The hosts were responsive to any issues. The neighbourhood is authentic, and I was greeted by passing neighbours when I sat on the deck watching the sunset. It's about a five-minute walk from the excellent Thunder Bay Beach. At the end of the street is a friendly rum shop (across from the fish market), which does delicious food on Fridays. There's also a veg stand at the end of the street most days, and there is easy access to the coast road buses. The house is accessed with a keypad, so one can go to the beach and not worry about losing keys! The kitchen is well-equipped for most cooking needs. It took a bit of time to get used to the roosters in the neighbourhood as an alarm clock! If you want a true experience of life in Barbados, this is a good place to stay. The neighbours are friendly, the neighbourhood is authentic, and the hosts are welcoming and helpful.
