Apartment vacation rentals in Baratti

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

Luca hands over the keys directly and presents the apartment in a friendly but accurate way. Apartment as described with everything you need for your stay. The only downside... It's not easy to find parking under the house, maybe because it was August!

The host Chiara was very friendly, helpful and was quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really sparkling clean and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell’Elba was impressive. The private car park is extremely safe. The space is recommended. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great apartment in a great location, right at the edge of the main strip and above a grocery market. The train tracks are not noisy at all. Ultra responsive and friendly hostin Andrea. Most restaurants closed in the off season, but options still available. Can’t ask for more!

Small apartment but with all the essentials... when we arrived we found the house already nice warm, a welcome basket with breakfast, the coffee pod machine available and a bottle of water. What more could you ask for? Oh, I forgot a parking space in front of the apartment... If I find myself going back from there, it will definitely be my first choice.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

This is a great place to stay if you prefer staying in a town while exploring Elba. The historic town, supermarkets and local beaches are all within walking distance. The offroad private parking was a blessing. The apartment is large and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

Very nice place. We may have underestimated the isolation of the site, increased by the poor condition of the roads. This significantly increased travel times. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and with the pool and sun it must be magical , a haven of peace after a day of sightseeing! Don't hesitate to contact the managers, they are very responsive. We had a heating issue without daring to report it... pbl settled the day before we left. A destination to recommend to nature lovers without teenagers... no WiFi in the property.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Our stay at Nina’s apartment has been great. The apartment itself is very beautiful and we particularly liked the idea of it being on different floors. We could therefore enjoy some time apart when one of us needed to relax after a day out. The apartment was very clean and our host was very approachable. It was also very central so we were able to walk to the old town during the street festival and take a short bus ride to the local lidos. We would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's very much! Easy day trip to Val d'Orcia.

Pre-arrival communication was always fast and completely satisfied. The check-in process was very flexible with the key lockbox. The apartment we were in matched the pictures and surprised us with its large expanse. The balcony overlooking the landscape was a nice bonus. The location is next to the road, but there is not much traffic and so the noise in vehicles does not disturb. Cleanliness was in all rooms. The bed was large and comfortable. I can definitely recommend a place to stay.

the house is very nice and comfortable. The owner,a very good and professional girl. She showed us the house. The house was perfect. Very clean beyond perfection. the comfortable house, with outdoor space to relax. near the center of Portoferraio

It's a shame we can't put 6 stars. We had a week-long stay with family. And we just felt like we were with family with a simply great welcome. Claudia was very attentive to us. I really recommend the mirandola. Hopefully we will be back sometime.

Roberta's flat is clean, functional and quiet. We used only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and they were spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I still slept well. Our host warned us of potential noise coming from the nearby hospital but we didn't hear a thing during our 3 nights there. Walking distance to a small city beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old town is around 15 mins walking. The star of the show is really Roberta - very kind, thoughtful and responsive, very attentive and a lovely person to communicate with! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again if we ever come back to Elba :)

Nice studio anything but small, super clean and equipped with everything. The hilly location should not scare those who, like me, arrive without a car because local public transport, efficient and punctual, allows you to reach every location and at the same time to stay in a quiet place away from the traffic and the shouting of too enthusiastic vacationers. Marzia and Umberto were very kind and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back.

Great country side villa. Andrea was extremely responsive and kind. Just a little noisy with your next door neighbor when another rental is going on.

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Gianmarco is one of the nicest host we ever met. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is amazing, there is so much to do around and Gianmarco’s home is near Firenze, Pisa and Sienna that we have all visited. We came with our 20 month old son who also loved the place! Our only regret is not having brought our extended family with us because I am sure that everyone would have felt at home. The apartment was simply impeccably clean and very pleasant to live in despite the heat. I highly recommend this place and as promised to Gianmarco we will definitely come back as soon as possible!

Antonietta was a wonderful host. Her and her husband were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Absolutely gorgeous Tuscan home with a great view of the Tuscan country-side. My girlfriend and I absolutely adored their home and staying there with true Italian hospitality.
