Pleasant stay but away from shopping area and not much activities can be done at night other than gather together and chit chatting. Good for re-union

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Felice. The property is in a green area surrounded by beautiful ricefields just outside the city of Jogjakarta, the location feels very private and it's perfect for seeking restful and nourishing time. The villa has an immaculate vibe, it's spotlessly clean and furnished tastefully. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the staff and introduced to the house premises, I was delighted to find lots of complimentary food and drinks prepared by the owner. I enjoyed every single minute while playing pool, swimming in the lush garden, and pampering myself in the jacuzzi located in the master bedroom. The staff is promptly available and the owner is a pleasure to communicate with. I will definitely return to Villa Felice, thank you Kristin, you've created a real oasis!

just had time to review, this is the best of my 2 places to stay in Jogja during my vacation this time. I am very satisfied because of the cleanliness and completeness of the kitchen. We were very happy with our stay here. The house is spacious, fully equipped and full of greeneries. The housekeeper, Pak Djoko was very accommodating. He quickly responded and came over to us when we needed assistance with anything. We also noticed that he cleaned the house everyday - including mop the floor & took out the trash. However, some comments that can be taken for improvement:- the low watt ac in Room 1 took so long to cool the room and it made us uncomfortable. would be nice if it can be replaced with normal watt ac..

The quality time, effort, love that they’ve put into this Airbnb and bringing their family and Love to each and every person that I see them with. A beautiful pool, three bedrooms. everything is clean. You can even ask Ben to pick you up from the airport. him and his wife would drive you around each day. obviously for a little bit of money but realistically it’s very affordable to be with his family. It’s like a one stop shop. I’ve been here for a couple years now. And they are such amazing Airbnb hosts that I wanted to be friends with them and they become family to me and now I love them like my family. So if you’re looking for an amazing Airbnb and to have a family away from home. And to learn about this area because his wife knows everything in the area! And if you’re coming from another country to this area. This is where you’re going to feel safe with Security.

The most comfortable homestay to bring family. The house is clean and tidy. Kitchen Supplies are very well stocked. You can, the price is already very cheap for a house of this size. The location is very strategic. Not away from the attractions. Aaah.. it feels like home. in the morning you can cook for breakfast. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you Owner.. Stayed at Uni's place for year-end holiday with my team. It was definitely our best decision. We had a batik workshop and also held our 2024 business review at such a cozy space, gave us a good memories ending this year. The cleanliness of the house was also top notch! And the cleaner himself was very helpful.

Lovely to have a house with pool. Beds fine and a spacious house. We rented bicycles and with that the surroundings were easy to discover. Yogyakarta remains a vibrant city with mostly friendly and helpful people.

Serenity, green big villa with a lot of entertainment. Super big TV in living room. Tv and karaoke in joglo terrace. we can enjoy nice pools or hang out at rooftoop. Everything was great. Tristan villa provides clean towels, bread and jam for breakfast Things that need improvement : water treatment for swimming pools, leaking water at kitchen

A wonderful stay in a great location, with magnificent views over the paddy fields. The house is full of comforts and the style and decor have been chosen with great taste – completely matching the holiday feeling in Indonesia. We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s villa. The location, situated nearly 700 meters above sea level, offers a refreshing natural atmosphere and easy access to popular attractions in Kaliurang. It’s also conveniently located along the Kaliurang jeep tour route, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The cool mountain air was especially enjoyable, particularly when it rained. However, during hot weather, the rooms on the second floor felt quite warm as the villa is not equipped with air conditioning. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat!

A stunning and very relaxing Airbnb with a very helpful and friendly host! The breakfast each morning was always different, always delicious, and hand delivered by Rian! What a great place to rest and relax. Would highly recommend to those wanting to stay in a quieter location just outside the bigger city.

It's a great place to get lost from the hustle and bustle of big city and the owner has a great sense of art.

Great option to stay here in Jogja. Very near to UGM. It's my second time. just need to be carefull when entering the unit, as it's located at quite busy roadside. need some improvement here and there to make it better. host is responsive and accomodating. we'll be back someday

It was really an excellent experience to stay here. The owner welcomed us very well. We spent most at the time at home, cooked with the provided appliances and utensils. The host supplied us with instant noodles and drinks, cereal and milk (which my niece and nephew really loved), and some other foods - even the welcome drink and snack! It's near the mall and some authentic culinary places. An awesome stay indeed. Will definitely come back!
