Excellent location, quiet, good view, close to several attractions, good hosts, the place is wonderful, clean and beautiful, we had a really good rest

Eduardo’s home is beautiful! The gardens area is peaceful and has beautiful views. The house has so many amenities and is comfortable for a group. We had 6 in our group and all were comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here on your visit to Banos!!!!

The house was great with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. House was clean and very comfortable . Accessible to stores and downtown Baños. Host had detailed instructions on how to access the house, with modern security system. The space parking garage fits 3 cars comfortably. We didn’t measure our 12 ppl van and couldn’t use it since our van was extremely tall. But that was on us. I highly recommend, I would definitely go back there in a heartbeat!

The place was great! Very comfortable for a family group. Great, practical use of space. Very clean and had appliances and dishes needed. We would definitely recommend!

Patricia's house is very spacious and cozy, surrounded by nature so in the mornings you can hear the birds around. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet, safe place and close to downtown Baños. It has all the comforts of a modern home but in a very quiet environment. Margarita, the person in charge of giving us the keys, was always attentive and helpful with our needs. We were very comfortable at this property and it will certainly be among our options for an upcoming visit to Baños.

Our stay at the villa was excellent, the place exceeds expectations. You find everything detailed inside the house. Safe area, near downtown, super quiet you really have everything nearby and when you get home you can relax and rest in a unique way. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Wonderful experience! The house is simply beautiful, surrounded by nature, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It is spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Pedro, the host, was exceptionally courteous and was always willing to help with whatever we needed. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be back in the future.

The truth is, the rating I'm giving is actually without me being there, as due to a platform error my reservation had to be canceled, and this one month after I made that reservation. I must mention that Pablo's care for what happened was quite cordial and I received the full amount of the money paid. As a suggestion I would say that before making a reservation, please contact him first and make sure the house is available to avoid issues like the one I had.

It's one of the best and smartest houses I've found. An excellent host with many amenities. Thank you very much. We'll be back soon

Great place for a sizeable group. We had the whole place to ourselves, which was amazing for our group. If you are looking for spotless house with all the modern conveniences, you may not like this place. If you enjoy local, cultrural experience, you will love it. There are close neighbors just outside the secure high walled fence, and they can be a bit noisy, but it was fine for us. This place is very conveniently located, with lots of local attractions near by. If you are in the area, you gotta try the food at: LA Mazorca Dorada. The host was great, always there to help when needed.

Many thanks to Luciano and his wife, my family and I felt right at home, their attention and kindness make the difference when you're away from home… we arrived late due to an inconvenience and they were ready to wait for us no matter the time, they also helped us with information to solve a vehicle problem, I totally recommend this accommodation, the pool 10/10

An excellent place to visit hot springs with friends. Spacious parking, comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and a 3-minute drive to downtown. Excellent, 100% recommended

René is very kind and was in contact with us all the time, the house has everything you need, it is very nice, she left us fruit and welcome coffee, the patio is very nice for children!

The service received from Mrs. Rocío was really nice. They took care of us and pampered us, allowing us to tour the garden and harvest avocados. We would recommend that everyone go and we will return on a future visit

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Nancy was incredibly kind and responsive whenever we needed anything, which made our experience even better.

A clean roomy space. enty of beds for a family. Convenient to downtown and next to hot springs pools. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a selection of coffee and tea available.

Beautiful place. 20 minutes from the city though. It was hard to find, but so worth it. It’s on the top of the mountain so it tends to be rainy and windy a lot. Also, Banos is not hot and the houses are not heated so be prepared with warm clothes. We loved it.
