Raj is a very nice host. He was very understanding when I requested an early check-in. Even before I checked in, he had sent clear directions on how to reach, amenities available etc. He and his family were very non-intrusive and very polite and friendly. He had helped me in choosing a local restaurant when I wanted to try local delicacies. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I felt totally comfortable during the stay. I had an amazing stay at Mr. Mubeen’s place! The accommodation was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal, with easy access to old city monuments and Birla Mandir. Mr. Mubeen and the caretaker Mr. Sreenu were incredibly hospitable and attentive, responding promptly to all queries and ensuring a seamless experience. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms were a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hyderabad. I would definitely love to return in the future!

Anjana is a very friendly host. It’s a great place to stay. The place is maintained so clean and tidy. Any one making work related travel to hi tech city or travelling to Hyderabad for a holiday, I would definitely recommend this place.

If you’re looking for an immaculate, reasonably priced, modern place with the most welcoming hosts, in the Financial District, this is the place. The room was as described and we felt completely at home, even though it was 3 of us. The common, shared amenities alone were worth the stay, let alone the larger room and sitting room that can also be turned into a second room. The hosts respect for privacy and genuine care is hard to come across these days. The complex has a super market along with the usual suspects also being within delivery range. Whether it be for business or pleasure, book a your stay here and don’t waste time looking for hotels in the area. You’re welcome in advance :)

Ram is one of the best hosts you can find on Airbnb. His place has a sit-out which overlooks Hyderabad with a panoramic view of Hussain Sagar. Ram spent time in explaining me every iconic building of the city, he even went ahead and gave me an amazing company in a candle light dinner during Diwali. He goes above and beyond for his guest. You must be lucky to find this jewel in hyd.

The place is very clean and neat, spacious. Everything is working well. Mr Krishna is a great host. Mr Raju is indeed very helpful and responsive. I would recommend everyone to go for this place if you want a comfortable and pleasant stay with your family and friends.

We stayed at Anantha place for about 20 days while we commute to apollo Jubliee hills hospital which is near. This place is very neat and peaceful. Thanks to Kalyani garu who helped us in finding all amenities which are very handy and this apartments are quite popular to search for maps and in swiggy, zomato etc. All food, groceries are just few steps away. Only down side is no parking and which was noted in listing. We parked our car front of the apartment and opposite house owner taken air off then we payed for car park with in apartment other than that everything were excellent and price was reliable compare to other places. If I visit again to hyderabad i definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Very good place at such low price with all the necessary items present in premises itself.

Our host was very accommodating and kind. He booked my stay quickly and was very responsive. He let us checked-in in the middle of the night!! This made us really stress free, not to mention our booking was last minute. I would also like to thank the caretaker. She stayed up late in the night to provide directions and let is into the place with ease. Our host also provided nice suggestions and even offered help in visiting AIIMS Bibinagar. During our stay we had the privilege to wash our clothes as the host provided a washing machine! I could also get hot drinking water! which really helped my sore throat. Overall, our experience at the place was really nice. Thank you sir! and also thank you to the caretaker. God bless 🙏

Their honesty and politeness made us feel right at home. This place is perfect for get-togethers, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended.

Initially there was a hiccup in finding the place but the property manager was kind enough to come and pick us all up personally. The place is very well decorated and can easily accommodate upto 10 people. Very peaceful location. Loved the interiors of the place especially the huge TV in the hall that makes it perfect for movies/sports watch. Had a great stay.
