Recommendable! The place was a great deal especially for groups and has a vehicle. The place is private and peaceful. The unit is comfortable to stay and has many amenities to use. It very worth it for the price.

we had a wonderful time in Marisol's condo. The condo was lovely, tastefully decorated. She allowed us to check in at an earlier time and kept our luggage untill we could enter the condo. I had some problems with the Wifi, but Marisol and her daughter immediately came to solve the problem.

Host is really responsive and gives cleared instruction, also it's a plus it's near to the airport which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a lovely stay there, the liftable bed was very convenient to have space to stretch and workout. It was well equiped so I could actually cook and have meals there.

It really feels like home. I love how cozy and peaceful the place. I also love the view from the outside. I really also highly appreciate the host and her property manager who didn't hesitate to assist us while staying at their place. Hopefully, I could come back again here. ♡

We had an awesome stay. Water is refillable for only 30pesos per bottle (hassle-free). Maam Diane is amazing. Always smiling and ready to hand help. The only problem is wala pa silang wash and dry (already stated sa description naman). Medjo magasto lang magpa laundry lalo na if you are going to stay for 5-7 days with 7 persons na with kids pa. So far we had a great stay naman

this was a gem! spacious and modern. living room was homey, bed was comfy, and kitchen had everything you need. netflix, shower heater, cold and quiet bed to sleep, 100mbps... all that I need plus more. love the extras too like board games, books, free gallon of water, etc. host is kind and understanding. will definitely book again. the price is also just right. thanks again bella ^^

One of the best airbnbs located in the city of Cebu. Cozy and comfortable, you have the whole second floor to yourself. And you are directly located on top of the best italian restaurant in the island. It's one of the most worth the price locations you could get 1 of the best areas to be around easy access to other places in the city. With a very authentic m stuff who also work in the restaurant that they're very helpfu. Being the only airbnb in that location. You do not have any neighbors so privacy is there and would consider it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at a great price either by yourself or with your partner, Will definitely be staying here the next time I am back in Cebu.

I stayed for 4 weeks and couldn’t have been happier with Tony, the responsive host, the apartment, the location, the friendly staff, and just everything. Tony was very responsive from the start when I reserved his place. He has it set up to truly be lived in, including everything needed for the kitchen. The location is great, close to Ayala Mall, and also good restaurants in every other direction as well. I highly recommend Tony as a host.

It was our third time to stay at Konrad’s place, we are fully satisfied with the apartment, everything was as described. Konrad was always reachable for us, I can recommend to book one of his apartments. Furthermore I would also recommend to book the island hopping or the whale swimming from him, nobody could beat the price and service quality which he offered. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the mountains and city skyline were a highlight—truly picture-perfect! The amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and even had fun in the billiard room. The jacuzzi was a relaxing treat after a day of exploring Cebu. The location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. This property exceeded all our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive to all my questions. The place looks as it does in the images provided; bedding was clean, aircon was cool, wifi was good, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I booked for my grandma (93 y.o.) and aunt, so something to note when you are or with PWD/elderly, the building in general is not PWD/elderly friendly. Although there's an elevator to the different floors, the main entrance and the way to the unit have tall/big steps and the bathroom has a tall bathtub. The host was kind enough to spare us a pail and tabo so that was accommodating of her. Other than that, they said their stay was great. The place was near the airport which was one of my main reasons for booking this!! Would recommend and will surely book it again.
