Staying at this charming apartment was delightful. The cozy one-bedroom setup, complete with a living room, small but well-equipped kitchen, and spotless bathroom, felt just right. The kitchen had a microwave oven, refrigerator, and water filter, which were very convenient. Located centrally, it was easy to get around the city. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing thoughtful amenities like a nail cutter and an iron. The beautiful balcony was a highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

This stay was amazing everything about it was great except the two guards were unpleasant as they would come into the villa unannounced even after multiple instructions to not enter. They were disrespectful towards the cleaning woman and did not clean the fitness room the whole stay and claimed they did clean!

All nice, convenient and secure as always. This time the microwave was broken but the host had sent the replacement right away. Other comments remains as my previous reviews. Thank you very much!

This was my first airBnB experience in Bangladesh. I was bringing my family to enjoy staying with me as well. Everything positive that has already been said by others, I standby it 100%. Our host’s hospitality was as gracious as the house he hosted us in. Exceptionally furnished and decorated as well. Anyone will feel at home there. I also felt very safe which is an extremely important factor for me. Our host was always super responsive and flexible with our needs. I recommend this place 10 out of 10 times and would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for an amazing host/house combo with the airport close by to reserve their stay here. Thank you Colonel!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us, situated in the peaceful Niketan housing society with no traffic noise on the street. The house itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. Every room had all the amenities we needed, and all the appliances worked flawlessly. The housekeeper came daily to ensure everything was clean, and when we had an issue with the water filter, it was resolved immediately. Our host, Mr. Happy, was fantastic—he had great communication and was always helpful. He responded quickly to our queries and went out of his way to assist us. Overall, our experience was excellent!

Tis Airbnb exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It was a challenge to find a apartment which is safe for a foreign girl. Im glad i chose this one. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It has a microwave, a fridge with freezer and AC's in both bedrooms. The neighbours are all welcoming and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Rana was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. I highly recommend AR Residence to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable Airbnb experience in Dhaka. Mirpur itself is really colorful and exciting. The Metro is nearby.
