Everything was great! The place is chic, cozy, spacious, clean! Everything was neatly cleaned when we checked in. The location is also good. There are many shopping centers nearby, infrastructure. I definitely recommend this place! Spacious, with a huge balcony, garden and skyline views!

We had a great stay in the apartment. We loved swimming in the outdoor pool in the 8th floor in the mornings. Then going off to explore the city by the klong taxi, sky train etc. it was a great location for lots of restaurants, shops etc and for us to visit friends who live in the Sukhumvit area.

It was fabulous. First time using Airbnb to me and I’m fully satisfied with everything they treated me. The host(and the family) welcomed me so warmly that I couldn’t be thankful any more! Even thought the area around this condo is the suburbs, everyone sure can appreciate all surroundings including the character of the host herself. Absolutely recommendable👍🏽

The unit was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Building shows signs of structural damage, not sure if it’s past issues that are resolved or if it’s ongoing, but this unit looks like they try to keep it up. No noise from neighboring units but you can hear everything happening in the hall, including the security doors open and shut. Pool was always empty except for birds. No cushions on lounge chairs, probably to protect them from the birds. The gym is small but gets lots of use. It’s a very comfortable stay overall. I extended my visit from a weekend to almost 2 weeks. Lots of great food places, a 7/11, and shopping nearby. I did not feel the immediate area was very walkable due to lack of sidewalks unless on main road.

Great apartment in an action packed street. Very spacious, good amenities, clean and the snack basket is a great touch. Area is fun, a lot of restaurants & bars. The host is very proactive, frequently sending instructions and reminders.

Was honestly one of the most central locations in Bangkok. The staff were friendly and there were and ample amount. The whole villa was spotless and the two larger rooms had the most beautiful bathrooms to parter with. If I come back to Bangkok I hope I have the honour to stay here again. Thank you very much

As a long stay, I would highly recommend this condo. I’ve just spent 4 months here, and it was just perfect for my needs. Coming from the UK to undergo specialist medical treatment I was requiring a safe, irritant free, comfortable environment, close to some decent amenities. I thought that Nueng’s condo was very well equipped in the kitchen for cooking at home, and the added washing machine was great, with plenty of drying room out on the balcony. There is lots of useful storage in the bedroom and lounge area, particularly good for long stays, and a nice clean functional shower room. TV’s in both living area and Bedroom, for your own Netflix or Prime watching. The condo block on the whole was kept very clean, and the staff very friendly. Various local amenities include a ‘ Lotus’ supermarket and small Mall, so very handy for grocery shopping. There are also a few nice coffee shops nearby, but not many restaurants. The nearest Mall - Central Plaza , is only a 10 minute taxi ride.

Pemika is an incredibly gracious and kind host who made us feel extremely welcome and accommodated throughout our stay. Pemika was always responsive, organized, and immensely helpful. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants nearby and the BTS Nana station within close proximity, making it central to everything we needed. We recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay here again on any future trips to Bangkok.

The facility was great! Clean and friendly. It has 2 malls/plazas within walking distance. It was directly across the street from a SkyTrain station, so we were able to get around all of Bangkok easily.

Pond is an amazing host, he was able to quickly resolves all the unforseen issues that came up. Very reactive as a host, giving recommendations to great local restaurants. His airbnb was very clean and have all you need for a confortable stay. The mattress was very firm which was amazing. This place has incredible value for the location but Pond as a host was what makes the stay here a great one. Thank you so much! 🎉

Everything was just great from the beginning of the trip, excellent instructions, the apartment hosts are super nice and helpful, the apartments are tidy and have everything you need for a perfect stay. Nice location.
