Great to return to this beautiful home. It is a charming old shophouse, restored impeccably and extremely cozy and comfortable (sofas, bed, kitchen and large smart tvs are all great.) A beautiful neighbourhood near to Chinatown and next door to a fantastic selection of bars, restaurant and coffee shops.

The apartment is close to the Riverside Mall and has a pier to navigate to different places. The apartment is good for the price. I suggest asking for the precise Google map location beforehand because the address doesn't show exactly where the apartment is. I would stay here again. Thanks!

It was an unforgettable experience for my family, as we didn’t expect to have such a smooth and pleasant stay at Rumour Has It, especially about the fact that we have a 11-month old baby. What Ed and Tum has offered is beyond expectation. The house is absolutely lovely with a lot of thoughts being put in it. How the couple has treated my family was very friendly and considerate. They are friendly, adaptive and culturally sensitive. I have already recommended Rumour has it a few friends and I look forward to the next stay at this lovely place, maybe for a longer time…thank you for taking care of my family and thank you for kind of inspired me to realize that if you put your whole heart and soul in something, you can probably achieve anything and people can feel it.

Authentic location within the Wang Lang Market. Much more personal than a hotel and gives you a taste of the local life. Clean and spacious shophouse with two outdoor spaces to get some fresh air. Nice and functional furniture. Quiet and slept like a dream on the soft bedding. Plenty of amenities including washing machine and plug in points. Many food and drink options nearby including street food. Close to the river and pier, which made it easy to get around (the river is the most scenic way to travel in Bangkok). Easy communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Yoo’s place was a great one for our group to stay at, conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok, and lots of amenities nearby.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal—super convenient and close to Siam Paragon, etc. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth with clear instructions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

We really loved this location — a quiet but picturesque street, multiple cafes and restaurants nearby, and around the corner from the train. Water in the shower was hot, and the internet was very fast.The space was also very clean, and Jes was very responsive. Having a fridge, microwave, and some basic cutlery was also helpful. Recommended!

We stayed 5 days over the holidays in Dec 2024. The location is great and you have a good choice of restaurants and cafés close by. Two BTS stations are within 10 minutes walk to get you anywhere in town. The place itself was great to make you feel like you are at home rather than in a hotel, nice interior touches and the terrace is great to sit in the evenings and watch the skyline. Its a busy part of Bangkok so its not always 100% quiet but thats something to be expected. We had a great time and loved our stay.
