A very nice, quiet place and compliant in every way with the description. Very responsive and accommodating host. The rate is average for this kind of place to stay. Located right next to a very good French/Thai restaurant it's really very convenient if you don't want to cook! A really good experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed villa! With 4 bedrooms downstairs and a spacious kitchen, living room, and bar on the first floor, the layout was perfect. The house had everything we needed; from a washer and dryer to a spa pool. The ocean views, especially at sunset, were breathtaking, and the large pool was just perfect for relaxing. The nearby beach was lovely, though rocky in some parts, so bring bathing shoes. The villa is close to a small town with shops, restaurants, and massages, plus there's a great sandy beach within walking distance. Communication with Benoit before arrival was smooth, and Ilona was incredibly helpful during our stay, providing great tips and assisting with transport arrangements. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy stunning views, the pool, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The house was very good, much better than on pictures and really worth the price. We had few issues like internet or fan not working on first day but it was fixed straight away. Great amenities and everything you need to cook, enjoy barbecue or sunbathe by the pool. My only regret is the walk to the beach, even though it’s walking distance (15-20min) not so great with kids.

Fluke is responsive. The villa is clean and tidy with an amazing pool in a peaceful and quiet area of Phuket. 10mins drive from Phuket airport, and 5mins drive to the beach. Definitely a great place to relax!

Our family stay at Bee's place was perfect. It is a beautiful villa in a wonderful, quiet location. The villa was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Bee and her husband always communicated clearly, responded in good time and were very helpful throughout. Can strongly recommend staying here

The villa is very beautiful and convenient. Easy to the supermarket and pharmacy. It takes around 7 minutes to the surin beach by walk. Breakfast included and very delicious. Also the round trip transportation included. The most important is the Ja and her service team is so good and kindly provide all kinds of support. Definitely worth the returned travel

My group absolutely loved the place. The host, Mimi was AMAZING! Jojo was fantastic along with the housekeepers. Jojo prepared breakfast every morning, which was delicious. I would definitely come back. The only downside was the issue with the water coming from the showers, very pungent smell that filtered throughout my room and others.

ilan, his villa and his staff are amazing I've never felt safer or more at home travelling than i did with Ilans property not only that hes a great bloke and a friend for life now can't wait to stay again

The pool was a wonderful way to cool off during the hot days, and the air-conditioned rooms provided a comfortable retreat at night. The communal spaces were well-designed, offering plenty of room for everyone to gather, while still allowing for privacy in the individual bedrooms. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, from meals to local recommendations. This property is ideal for large groups or families looking for a relaxing getaway. This villa is amazing and it worth every penny. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I Everything is well kept. There is a housekeeper and chef on standby. The host is very responsive and helps a lot with anything you need.

Great place to stay with a group of friends. Lots of space and the pool was great. It is a walk to the nearest restaurants but we didn’t mind as it was slightly out of the main touristy areas. Had to use Grab taxi but not an issue to the nearest beaches. Would book again.

Villa looked exactly like the photos, lovely pool and garden. Nice quiet location only a few minutes drive from Boat Avenue with its multitude of restaurant options. Great location for Grab food deliveries and a 7/11 is just a 5 minute walk away. Host was quick to respond to any queries. Very good value, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at Villa Ginborn! Pia and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. We loved our stay at Jane's place. For anyone who wants to experience the relaxing side of Phuket, this is the place. The house has a great view of the National Park, it's extremely quiet all day and night, and it is a great spot to spend time as a group between activities. It is only a 7 minute drive to the Elephant Sanctuary, 5 minute drive to the Gibbon Rehabilitation Center/Waterfalls, 25 minutes to the beaches on the West side of the island, and 20 minutes to the airport. Most of all, we loved hanging out in the pool each day and night. Lastly, Koon Jenny, the caretaker, was so helpful to meet us late for check-in, arrange an amazing private chef for us, and help us with a smooth checkout. We would recommend Jane's place to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing trip with family/friends.

The host's team was polite, friendly and accommodating. The Villa was large for the 4 of us, comfortable, well appointed, clean and functional. We loved our stay there, and the pool! The area around the complex is undergoing development, but the complex itself is quiet and peaceful. Given the location, a car to drive around was very useful.
