Vacation rentals in Bang Rak Phatthana

Everything is excellent. It’s just too quiet that the first night I couldn’t sleep well. But the next few days I slept like a baby. The property looks exactly like being shown in which I feel grateful for. Personally I think the property is good max for 3 person. More than that it will be too crowded. For my trip I was alone so got the whole space for myself. Didn’t manage to try the pool though. 2 7eleven shops just downstairs. 5 mins walking to supermarkets ( I think 2-3). Along the road to the place there’s hawker stalls selling good food with good price. The area is safe- guarded and need access card. Something that I think the owner cannot do much will be the water pressure for showering is a bit slow. And there’s some smell sometimes but not overpowering on and off. Definitely will recommend the place to travellers like me. Friendly host, clean and quiet place. And walkable to public transport.

I spent only a short time at Ruj’s but the place was great, comfy in an old school kind of way. Ruj was very kind and accommodating.

This air bnb was so beautiful! The host was very kind and proactive and responsive to any inquiries I had. Beautiful and clean space, definitely recommend to anyone in the area! Especially if you’re needing a big place for a big group of people!

The room is pretty simple and unpretentious but the whole place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. A/C was good. I thought the location was very good. Close to a walkable street with restaurants, street vendors, just a few mins away from Khao San road, walk to Grand Palace and water ferry very close too. The owners are very friendly and super willing to make stay better. Easy check in and good communication. A fine place to stay and sleep while in Bangkok

This a classic Thai home in an area that is distinctly local Thai. Lots of street vendors and easy access to the BTS made this place a superb place to stay. Anne is a very polite and accessible host. I highly recommend.

The host, Leena, was wonderful who accommodated our needs. Friendly and always responsive. The place is actually 2 separate units which was ok but not as I had pictured. If you have multiple large luggage I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you don’t mind the elevator being on the 2nd floor (which the steps to get there are steep), and then when you get off the elevator you have to go down not one but 2 sets of more stairs which is very difficult when you have many things to bring inside the room. But if you don’t have many things to carry and ok with having separated units then it’s perfect. The beds are comfy, clean, the AC is quiet and works great. 7/11 is a 5 minute walk which is convenient but for food there’s not many places within walking distance. The airport (BKK) is 30 minutes away Leena though made up for the inconvenience and was so kind to bring a welcome gift of Thai desserts and snack.

A very local Thai neighbourhood with friendly residents, near to temples. Peaceful simple apartment at the end of the road. We enjoyed our stay but found that it’s quite far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall highly recommended if you’re looking to get away from the business of the city and want to experience local Bangkok.

This was our family's second stay here, following last summer. Of course the whole family felt so comfortable last year that we came back this year. Although the room is old, but it is clean and the bed is comfortable. Anyway it was a spacious apartment so I was able to relax. Washing machine and dryer are a plus. There is a gym and a large pool in the apartment so you won't get bored. The location is good, there are many restaurants and 7-Elevens around the apartment, and there are many stalls behind the apartment until the afternoon on weekdays. BTS and bus stops are just a few minutes walk away, making it very easy to get to the center. This apartment is recommended for families and groups!
