Good location, friendly host. They better to maintaining the wall in the bathroom with new grouting, so there won't be black dot in the wall. And the floor of the bathroom also, so it doesn't look like so old. And the bed also, I think you need to change to the new one. It's not really firm anymore. Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing, our family has a very satisfying experience while staying here. Everything goes well from water heater (the most important thing because we have a baby), wifi, air conditioner, television, etc. We don't have any problems during the night here, host instructions are very clear, the location is also very strategic, Thankyou Jimmy .

Accommodation was comfortable and nice. Strategic and good location. Lots of places to shop for necessities while staying there. Complete amenities, including two bottles of mineral water. Thecheck in was easy and the attendant was very helpful. Overall, the experience is very good, the accommodation is good, the service is also good.

Great place to stay

Had a great stay at the art deco. Beautiful scenery with lots of incredible coffee shops within walking distance. Nice to stay away from the chaos of downtown Bandung

Our stay at Nico’s apartment was great. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The view from balcony is spectacular! The only small problem was that we could hear praying from close mosque all the time, but we got used to it. And the pool area is a bit uncared. Nico is an amazing host, he was responding very quickly. To sum up, we recommend Nico’s place!☺️

Best affordable place to stay in bandung

A convenient and clean apartment in a very nice residence. The Ciumbuleuit district is a bit high up, with a bit of freshness in the evening. The services offered by the residence are very good: swimming pool, gym, small convenience stores, dry cleaning, coffee... Lots of warung in the evening. The value for money is excellent. Thank you

wonderful place. really good atmosphere and lighting. the only complaints are the water on one of the showers are cold , and there's this smell coming from the sink ,but it didn't really bother. parking is also paid but the host does reimburse 90%. also the hairdryer seems to be broken. we would love to come back here as we are thrilled to find such a comfortable place to rest. everything is clean and nicely done. thankyou riska for your hospitality we highly Recommend staying here to any future guests 🤍

The apartment is very comfortable, very clean, close to several restaurants and convenience stores. The view is also okee, the atmosphere is cool

The unit was very clean and well-maintained, with a great location that made getting around easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which was a nice bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, always providing clear and detailed instructions throughout our stay. I stayed with four friends and while the space was a bit tight for five people, everything else about the stay was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

it was a lovely stay for our family. kids were happy as they like to swim all day. all furnished including kitchenette tools helped us to prepare light meals for family. the view also a nice sightseeing just around the corner of our room, beautiful surrounding as well. walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shop 💚

the place was comfy and everything (just like how the other review said). however, the stay would be great if the blankets were not as small and thin as we had. for future guest, keep in mind that the stove can only be use to re-heat food and light cooking: making instant noodle.

Good place near to braga street and inside the braga citiwalk mall. A lot of food and stores nearby. Inside apartment is clean and would be great if added with water heater on toilet.
