This was our second time staying and we loved it! The cottage was complete with everything we could need. The area is quiet and beautiful. You could tell a lot of love went into stocking the cottage for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back next year!

I really enjoyed my stay in Bandera. Cabin had everything I needed and was furnished very well. Even had coffee for in the mornings. I will stay there again if I am ever down that way.

We had a great weekend staying in this cabin while exploring the hill country. There was bacon, pancake mix, muffins, bananas, juice, and milk waiting for us when we arrived. We had a great time and would recommend to others.

What an amazing place! High above the Medina river, but not so far you can’t hear the water. Outside the pretty & interesting town of Bandera, but not so far it’s not a quick & easy drive (or bike ride) in to shops & cafes. And it’s a beautiful house: big windows looking out at the extraordinary view; a lovely covered porch with a porch swing; very comfortable bed; a marvelous shower; and a well outfitted kitchen. (With lots of sharp knives - how often is that true in an airbnb?). Skylights in the kitchen & bath. And then there is the ruin of the dance hall & its history. It was really fun to explore. It was the perfect place for a getaway & admiring the view & the starry skies. We’ll be back!

Was a wonderful 4 nights! Perfect spot right in the middle of garner and lost maples. Host was very helpful and always responsive. If you’re looking for a really beautiful place to stay between hikes this is it! Will definitely be recommending.

Our family of 4 spent four nights here. The host was excellent with communication! We especially loved the fire pit area. It was the perfect spot for grilling dinner and relaxing in the evenings. We also really enjoyed the quiet mornings with lots of birds to watch. This was a great glamming experience!

We celebrate my 20th birthday and had so much fun! Definitely looking at dates to come back. We loved it so much!!! Very very beautiful. Extremely peacefully. My group was a huge fan of the bell! I definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay, a nice relatively secluded cabin with all the essentials. A wonderful break from the city and a joy to be able to sit outside and see the stars.

This little cabin was perfect for us as we spent 5 days in the Bandera area. We had everything we needed, but we requested an extra pillow and trash instructions …. Which was quickly satisfied by the host. Gate and front door codes worked just fine.

The cabin was a perfect place to stay at for visiting Lost Maples State Park. The drive was short and easy, and we had a great time. The cabin was clean as well. Not the comfiest couch but the price of the cabin was worth the stay. Jake was friendly and responsive. I would recommend these cabins for those looking to stay in the area.

Really peaceful out there! It was beautiful and the sky’s were clear enough to see the stars. It’s far out of the city limits so it’s nice and quiet for people who hate road noise. The place was clean and sheets were nice and warm. It was cold out so extra blankets were provided. She had freshly made muffins for us on arrival with a recipe to take if you liked them. Plenty of coffee pods, cream and sugar provided, and water bottles for each guest

Honestly this place blew away our expectations. It's well tucked away providing a very cute and private space. The porch was perfect for sitting and sipping coffee while looking out at gorgeous hillcountry. We also loved the little private path to the hot tub - the whole area could be lit up at night. Although we enjoyed keeping those lights off which was perfect for star gazing. We also loved that the hiking trail started right next to the hot tub area. The tiny house itself was fully decked out and cozy. Lots of windows allowed for excellent lighting and nonstop visibility to the hillcountry outside. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was spacious and had excellent functionality, the living/kitchen/dining area was very nice, and the loft area was really cozy. And don't get me started on the amazing breakfast food items Greg & Jamie stocked the place with. Pancake mix, oatmeal, farm fresh eggs, bacon, sausage patties, hash browns, orange juice. We ate like royalty. 1000/10 stars!

Bunker Haus was perfectly located a short drive to our destination at Lost Maples! The drive to some great restaurants was also a short drive into town. We greatly appreciated the food and coffee recommendations which turned out to be amazing! The home was tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our girls weekend. I’ll be recommending this cute stay to friends in the future! Thank you Pablo!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hot tub was such a great bonus, making the experience even more relaxing. It was easy to find, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was beyond delicious—such a treat! We’ll definitely be coming back.
