Good location, clean room with big common kitchen and 3 shared bathrooms. Easy self check-in. Sometimes toilet paper was missing and it took some time to be refilled but other than that I can recommend to stay here. Good value for money. I even extended my stay.

Host is very responsive, proactive and helpful. All instructions are clear and easy to alocate. Mei, the host, is very understanding and kind. Highly recommended for its strategic location. Walking distance to many places in the city. Clean place and comfortable. Thank you to the host for our first time in Brunei—made great.

Highly Recommended Stay in Brunei! If you’re worried about the location’s proximity to the city center, don’t be! With the DART app, it’s just a quick 10-15 minute ride. I had an event at Rizqun Hotel, and commuting was a breeze. Plus, having the Annajat Complex mall next door was incredibly convenient—it had everything we needed. The property is exactly as described: 6 bedrooms (2 with extra beds) and 3 bathrooms, which were perfect for our group of 5 people (everyone get their own room). The common area was a cozy spot for chatting and dining together. All amenities were provided, from cooking and dining utensils to a washing machine. Water, electricity, and cleanliness were all top-notch. A big thanks to the host for being responsive and ensuring we had a great stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Brunei!

This is a very spacious flat with amenities fit for group travelers. Because of the video she provided to Check-In, it was not difficult for us to get in. The apartment complex is very quiet and also new. This had complete amenities and the kitchen is huge enough for three people to work together. Wifi is very fast--I believe it was a Fibr connection. The host accommodated my special request to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely stay here if given the chance to visit BSB, Brunei again.

Love this place. We had 6 of us, and even though the place was "small" we all fit very comfortably. To top it off, the host was very responsive and was a pretty cool guy. We will definitely be back.

Nice place to stay, the obly bad thng is that its bit far from the city center, but at least all the taxi drivers know the place and its easy to get there

Value for the money! Location is super B near all the stores and Gadong mall, Gadong night market. WIFI is stable. You can work remotely. Host is attentive, responsive and swift! Friendly! Room is comfortable and huge for 2 persons. Toilet/Shower room with hot shower and of course with bidet! Some suggestion for improvement: An additional trashcan inside the toilet for segregration of trash from the room trash can. Maintain spotless dirt on the room especially under the bed. There are a bit of cobwebs in the ceiling, Im afraid of spiders hahaha but not much of concern. Definitely will come back and recommended!
