Had a pleasant stay in cottage. Despite the rain, we entertained with darts, maps, swimming, fishing kayaking hiking and more. Because of the weather, burning wood was pleasant. Beautiful location

A great place to relax, spend a great vacation with family or friends. A great location for those who want to ski. The location is surrounded by mountains, the landscape is a feast for the eyes. The hostess is very caring and communicates quickly and well with questions. We rented the cabin during the Christmas period, she also left us a gift, very nice and caring. Top recommendations from all of us! The cabin was clean and cozy to be in, with everything that can be seen in the photos and can be read in the description of the cabin. Everything worked really well and there was what it needed and then some, so that we could immediately feel at home in the cabin. It was cold and there was a lot of snow when we arrived, but the cabin was easy to warm up. The wood-burning stove, lighting losses, and the easily accessible firewood did very much for us in the winter cold. The cabin is beautifully located high and secluded from roads and without neighbors on all sides. We were 5 people in Sonja's cabin and all enjoyed it. Sonja was great and welcoming to communicate with. In addition, it is only about 2 km to the alpine center, which we enjoyed very much the 3 days we were in Hovden. /Dorte&Co

Great stay at Bekkebu. Super cozy and warm cabin by the foot of Hardangervidda. Well equipped cabin and very good beds. The landlord was both professional, helpful and pleasant. Would recommend!

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and the location to the slopes with the possibility to ski in/out. Erik is a great landlord. He was always very quick to respond when we had questions. The check in/out was also uncomplicated and worked out super easy. We were here with 6 people, 1 dog and 2 cars. Parking is available and plenty of space for us in the house was also available. We'll be happy to come back here. What a phenomenal place! The cabin is spacious and with absolutely stunning views! It is just perfect for large groups of family and friends! The layout and floor plans are carefully built to allow for both privacy and togetherness and there are plenty of other positives: it is spotless, well ventilated, fully equipped for everyday needs and all the beds are super comfortable! This cabin is cosy and the hiking possibilities are top notch! We recommend staying here! 10/10 ❤️

Everything is actually already said: beautiful beautiful house, fantastic views and equipped with every comfort. For us, it was just not entirely clear if you could use the products in the kitchen drawer, but we enjoyed it!

We went on a holiday with kids and grandchildren. We were a little skiing in the small ski resort, which is within walking distance of the house. Willy is a great and helpful host who is quick to answer questions and help. The cabin fully lived up to our expectations, large, cozy and spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play and unfold. Willy had provided Christmas fun and Christmas tree. We give Willy our top recommendations and will be happy to come again.

It was a wonderful experience being surrounded by the woods! So gorgeous and peaceful! Malin was very nice and responsive as well. Would love to visit again!

We stayed at Marco's place for a week over New Year's Eve. We were there with four adults, one child, two toddlers and a dog. The place was very cozy and above all big enough for all of us. It was clean and everything important in terms of amenities was on site. The view was incredibly beautiful (especially from the jacuzzi) and the nature around it perfect for walking. We felt comfortable and what can be emphasized very positively was the communication with Marco. He was always friendly and always easily accessible. We just found it a pity that the firewood was not included in the price, as we know this from other accommodations and that some things were distributed outside (dishwashing brush, mop, grill grate). We were a little surprised, but didn't bother us. So it's complaining to a high standard. If the world wasn't that big, we would definitely come back.
