very strategic location and good value for rent

The best part of this unit is the LOCATION is very close to good restaurants. And very close to tourist spots in Malacca, which you need to go early in the morning to get a good parking spot. One parking space for a car in porch. Extra car need to park outside of the house by the road. The unit is SPACIOUS ENOUGH for a family of 7-8 adults. The living room ia not so big, so it is best for a quick resting during day time. We went to Bandaraya Melaka in the morning, rest, and to Pantai Klebang in the afternoon. The kitchen is sufficiently provided for basic needs, not so much for cooking. You are in Malacca, no point for cooking, just go food hunting. Plus, washing machine works fine. Fridge is also available. The only downside is the sound of water pump in the toilet, when it is running to fill up water tank. I have no problem with the sound btw.

The room was clean, quiet, and felt just like home. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making the space cozy and welcoming. Convenient amenities like shops and restaurants were within walking distance, and the caretaker was helpful. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I’d consider returning in the future.

The apartment was clean. Check in was made simple with clear Instructions. Caren was responsive on text too. I liked that I didn't have to return the key to the letter box when checking out!

It was clean, instruction to check-in and check-out is super clear. We had no issues at all with the stay. Secure in terms of being safety of the stay. Though, there can be a little confusion when it comes to the lift and the level number... unit is at level 24, though the lift states 23A (actually common to Chinese folks) though may cause some confusion to those who dont understand the Chinese taboo with number4. - this isnt the fault of the Alex, it's the way the building management does it. All it all, it was GOOD!!

Gillian’s place was spotlessly clean. Towels and bedsheets were fresh. Water pressure was quite good. Event thought the building was old, the apartment was well mantained 👍

Great place to stay with your friends or family comfortable space for 4-6 people. Have tv youtube wifi netflix clean extra pillow extra bed also. Got many plug socket. Overall GREAT !!!

I recently stayed at The Pines Melaka last week, and I must say everything was perfect. The communication was excellent, the room was clean and smelled wonderful. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come back again next time!😊

The host is nice and friendly, even tho the room is a bit small, but got things needed inside, and the location is pretty good as well, thx !

We really enjoyed our stay in Lavista’s place. The communication with the Host was great. The building is at walking distance from Malacca main’s attractions. The swimming pool with playgrounds and the mall with all the activities have been a real plus for our kids. We will keep this place in mind for our next family trip in Malacca :)
