Cottage in Jordanstone
4.94 out of 5 average rating, 85 reviewsA charming, well appointed Edwardian Gate Lodge
Myself and my wife and 2 sons aged 22 and 16 along with our 5 year old Lhasa Apso had a wonderful time at Jordanstone House. In particular we loved the sauna which was an excellent addition to our experience. Eleanor and Nathan were great hosts and dealt timeously and efficiently with any issues. The accommodation and location are excellent and provide a very pleasant atmosphere to have a peaceful and relaxing time and we would highly recommend to others
Cottage in Blairgowrie
4.92 out of 5 average rating, 102 reviewsLodge at Eastwood: private cottage for 2-4 guests
We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful cottage surrounded by acres of woodland. The cottage was very cosy and warm with all the amenities you need. One of my favourite parts of the day was sitting by the kitchen door first thing in the morning watching the red squirrels and deer amongst the trees. Ashley the owner was lovely and very responsive to any queries we had. The cottage is located on the edge of Blairgowrie, given you great access to nearby towns and the beautiful Perthshire countryside. It’s also a perfect location to the south east Cairngorms. Would definitely return here and highly recommend this wonderful cottage.

Fantastic accommodation in beautiful countryside. Caroline is very friendly and she came to introduce herself and make sure we had what we needed. The house is charming and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and sofas it has everything you need for a restful break. We cannot wait to re book again for 2026.

Cottage in Milltown of Rothiemay
5 out of 5 average rating, 48 reviewsChic Highland Estate Cottage with Hot Tub
My husband and I and our 20 year old daughter had a wonderful stay at Butler Cottage. The estate grounds are amazing with a mix of woodland and farm fields scattered over the hills. We enjoyed daily walks done and along the river. If your animal lovers like we are it was extra special. The Highland cows and sheep add beauty to the scenery, but the deer, hares, pheasants and other birds of prey really add the wow factor. The cottage is full of charm with an old world feel. It’s been very smartly renovated and decorated and is in great condition. We loved the farmhouse style kitchen which is open to a comfortable living room with high ceilings. The built in beds are beautifully done and although on the small side we enjoyed the authentic touch. The wood stoves on each end of the cottage work well to add extra warmth in the evenings. Ross was a gracious host. The place was with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh goods from the farm. He even had the fire started for the hot tub.
Cottage in Findochty

Stayed here over new year and really enjoyed our stay. Jackie and her husband were very friendly and were there if we needed anything. The place was lovely and we even got to use the hot tub which was great. Would highly recommend staying here!
Cottage in Tomintoul
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 224 reviewsWild Farm Cottage
This cottage truly is off the grid. The owner Tilly had to drive us there from Tomintoul 15 min drive. No other house in sight. Just pure hilly countryside with about 100 deers hanging out in the field in front of us. Amazing peaceful place with outstanding views. No WiFi but liked that. Good 4g reception and digital terrestrial TV with a DVD player and choice of DVDs. We made good use of the hot tub daily and the sauna and even braved the plunge pool a few times which has fresh water from the mountains. Quite refreshing. We did a couple of day trips to Loch Ness 90 min and G2 adventure 50 min away. Local village Tomintoul has a nice village shop with amenities and pubs and restaurants. A restful idyllic place and good value for money.

Lovely stay at Kim’s place! Tayport was beautiful and the house was so cosy and sweet. We would have loved to be here in warmer weather as the garden looked gorgeous. This had everything we needed for our New Year’s stay.
Cottage in Blairgowrie
4.9 out of 5 average rating, 351 reviewsTraditional Cottage in a Quiet Area of Town
This was a lovely wee cottage for a weekend away with lots of wonderful walks on the doorstep. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed from an open fire to a well-equipped kitchen and high chair and cot for our baby. Would definitely recommend. As others have said, the stairs aren’t for everyone but Laura was kind enough to double check we’d be fine with them and as our baby is pre crawling, we were! A great airbnb, we’d love to return in the warmer months to enjoy the garden.

Our third stay in this lovely cosy cottage. The fire, heating, furnishings and festive touches all added to the experience. There was a tray of goodies, fluffy white towels, a large comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. Right by the beach, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and an easy walk to the local pub and supermarket.

A great week in this beautiful cottage in a unique location. Beautiful interiors, very comfortable with all amenities we needed. Especially comfortable bed and soft linens, we slept well. David was quick to respond to our questions before our visit . Good, friendly communication Although we know the area it was our first stay in Findhorn, a beautiful place with a great bakery and store and excellent whisky bar in the Crown and Anchor. We were lucky to see the beautiful sunsets over the bay . Findhorn is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Moray coast . Thanks David and Loiuise for your attention to detail in your fab cottage, it really made our week. We hope to be back on our next visit up North
Cottage in Brewlands
4.79 out of 5 average rating, 84 reviewsCroftend Cottage hot tub Brewlands Estate Glenisla
Great location and Simon was very responsive helpful and friendly. Great house, layout, log burner and hot tub. If I had to give critical feedback for a 4 person cottage it would have been nice to have a 4 person hot tub to match as the current 2 person one is a bit of a squash. You also need to walk across gravel to get to it so top tip - take flip flops! Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend 👍
Cottage in Cupar

Cottage in Blairgowrie and Rattray
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 22 reviewsPainter's Cottage
We booked this place last minute and were so grateful it was made available to us on such short notice. Patrycja was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the process seamless and stress-free, she even asked for our estimated arrival time so she could ensure it was warm for our arrival! The home itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail. It felt warm, cosy, inviting, and truly inspiring. We loved the art throughout the space, the thoughtfully curated books, and the many personal touches that made it feel really special. It’s clear the host has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and memorable place to stay.
