We recently stayed at this incredible place and can’t believe I didn’t find it sooner! With breathtaking views of the Mourne Mountains and the tranquility of the countryside, it was the perfect escape. The house is fully equipped and feels like a home away from home. The hot tub was the cherry on top, offering a relaxing soak with stunning scenery. Brendan, the host, is very responsive and truly values his guests, making the experience even better. The pictures don’t do this place justice—it’s even more beautiful in person! We left rejuvenated and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Mike's place was just beautiful and peaceful. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time and enjoyed the projector for movies, the hottub all day and especially at night watching the stars. The beautiful little kitchen made us feel like we were just at home. Mike himself was and amazing cosy and so helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Spent two nights here while we had our wedding at a local venue, it is a gorgeous wee cottage and made for both a great base for wedding prep as well as a lovely quaint place to stay after our wedding, would definitely recommend

Very Beautiful cottage. Private and peaceful! My children enjoyed the play ground and roasting Marshmallows outside. The surroundings views were beautiful! Cottage was clean with everything needed for a good stay! Beds were comfortable! Thank you so much for having us! We enjoyed our stay!

The stay at Granny's cottage was great! Martin and Sinead were brilliant and so responsive. The place was recently painted and was spotless. It was great for the dogs. Highly recommend

Our dog absolutely loved the enclosed space, and it was perfect for letting him run around without worrying. The surroundings are stunning, with loads of lovely scenery to enjoy. Maggie was a fantastic host—really easy self checkin and made everything so easy for us. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a lovely weekend stay at this location. The house was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including clean towels, hot water, and fresh sheets. The cooking facilities were excellent, making it easy to prepare meals. The views from the living room and kitchen were absolutely stunning—sitting with a coffee and taking in the nature outside was a real highlight. I was based in Dundalk for the weekend, and it was just a short 15-minute drive into town, which was really convenient. Overall, a perfect stay!

Lovely few days spent at Bobby’s cottage. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. The cottage is cosy and very clean and has everything one would need. I’d highly recommend.

Comfortable cottage in beautiful countryside surroundings but conveniently close to family in Newry. Helen made us feel very welcome making sure the house was warm and well lit ready for when we arrived late in the evening. She is an attentive but not intrusive host, ensuring we had found the place and everything was OK. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom functional and the lounge and bedroom warm and restful. We very much enjoyed our Christmas week in lovely Ferryhill Cottage and certainly hope to return soon.

Sally was always very quick to reply and instructions were clear. We arrived very late and the cottage was warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and it had what we needed, even better than the photo's. The area is beautiful, lovely and quiet and it wasn't too far from family we were there to visit for Christmas. Second time at Steens place, or "The wee house" as we refer to it. My 81 yr old dad has a life threatening fall backwards downstairs Dec 2023 and promised him we'd go back when he was better. The entire area is beautiful with numerous birds and general sounds of the countryside. So peaceful and relaxing. The house is perfect in every way ,the tropical garden is second to none.With various seating areas and Fire pit.Every attention to detail in the house and Annex which is wonderful,has been paid. Myself and my doggo Bodhi had the annex and i let my folks have the main cottage. Fantastic views from the front and a great beach on the doorstep. With Oyster catchers and various gulls. We love everything about it and never want to leave. I will keep looking at the photos i took while there, and reminisce. Would we return for a third time? Absolutely 100%. ! Thanks Steen you are a perfect host.

Francis' cottage is an amazing place for a rural getaway in view of Slieve Gullion. It's really a dream setup with everything you need for exploring South Armagh. The fire was amazing on cold stormy nights. The kitchen in very well equipped. The bedroom is huge and really comfy. The bathroom is lovely and has great water pressure. Francis is a kind and responsive host who gives great advice about the area. I'd love to stay again.
