Vacation rentals in Banate

So, I stayed again at Rayhma and Steven's condominium unit at The Palladium during the Dinagyang season. This is my home when I am in my beloved hometown Iloilo. Lots of activities around the area - concerts, food stalls, fireworks, and Ilomination parade - yet it is peaceful and quiet at the 17th floor, giving us that homely and comfortable experience. The view from the balcony never gets old. On clear day you can see as far as the towering mountains of Negros Island and in contrast appreciate the rain as it glides through the city and Guimaras Island. We had the most amazing view of SM City fireworks across the floodlights coming from bars and clubs during the festivities. The unit itself is well maintained, spotless, and has all the conveniences a staying guest requires. I can never thank you enough, Steven and Rayhma for accomodating my requests. from out of hours check in and check out to facilitating a car pass. You can not ask for a more friendly and responsive hosts.

This condo and Iloilo City exceeded any of my expectations. It's overlooking the pool, the city and Gumaris Island. Day or night the balcony is inviting you to just take in everything. Just a few minutes walk and I was in a newer, safer, cleaner and more affordable Beverly Hills, California except it's full of Filipinos and their 5 star hospitality! The entire condo staff was excellent and extremely helpful to this newbie. My host Grace was very accommodating before, during and up to check out. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Iloilo City for the first time.

We wanted to stay in Pavia to be close to daughter-in-laws family and it was a great location for that. Easy walking to their place, Pavia market, groceries, laundry. Large, clean space with very nice air conditioning.

we really enjoyed our stay in Ms Grace's place. the place was very cozy and pleasing to the eyes. their location is best for those who wants serene and quiet place to stay. it's great for small group even with a baby (i have 1yr old). they have this wall cushion on the side of the bed and that's a great plus for guests with babies. the host is very kind to answer our queries as well.

Staying with Alberto’s Airbnb was a great experience. The host/s were very responsive and queries were answered satisfactorily. Thank you Alberto and Ms. Victoria. I really appreciate also the assistance and hospitality showed by the caretaker, Manang Fely. They were able to accommodate our requests and the after care was also commendable since they were able to return items we have left. Will definitely book again on our next visit in Santa Barbara.

We had a really nice time at Ethan's cabin. We call it "The Treehouse Cabin". When I asked my child if he's happy that we stayed there, he answered "I'm more than happy". We stayed during the holy week and it was what I was looking for in a staycation, a serene, quiet & private place to relax and immerse ourselves in nature. It's child frendly too. And they had all the amenities needed. The housekeeper Manang Gina was really kind & helpful too. We'll surely be back.
