Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

Nice condo with a big pool. The area is quiet, but there are shops and caffees just a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend.

THE HOST WAS - very very accommodating and helpful

5+ stars all the way. There are many, many condos in and around Pattaya but I'm not sure many of them could match the thought and details that have gone into 421C. My wife and I can fully concur with all the positive reviews and add that when there was a very minor issue with the sliding door to the balcony the response was swift and effective. Had we not been moving on to a different area we would have happily booked our remaining 9 nights here. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a peaceful stay at Pattaya and at the same time very close to the Jomtien beach.

We really enjoyed our stay with our FAMILY. There are no night gatherings near the condo and in the courtyard. Who needs home comfort and silence, welcome. There is no problem with transport how you get out of the condo tuk tuk near the condo . Someone wrote that you need to go is not true as you came out of the gate tuk tuk pass. The apartment is clean the most greasy plus is the individual access to the pool from the balcony, the pool is in the shady side so it will not be hot

The room is private. Quiet. Recommended.

Paradise in Jomtien

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.
