Lovely, spacious and private house. Lovely surroundings, close to water. The house's indoor climate is really good, has everything you need. Margarita is very welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoy our stay with family and our 2 guests from Canada👍👌👌

Very stylish, large and comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance to town. Enjoyed having coffee in the nice sun lounge. Beautiful big garden. Nice touch to be able to borrow the bikes.

Fantastic house. We went there as a group and the house suited us very well. It had everything we needed including plenty of toys and a lovely sauna Jussi was very helpful during the stay 🙌

We had a nice stay with 10 people. Communication with Cloie before and during our visit was quick and easy. The house is close to the train station, with which you can easily reach Stockholm. In the house everything was as described and seen in the photos. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house Even though it was pointed out in the house description that there is no storage space besides clothes hooks, it would be desirable to provide more storage space. It is not possible to accommodate clothes and purchases of 10 people.

Company team days, the space worked great for our 12-person priva dinner. Our drill and a lot were enough for a very large group.

Surprising gem of a house, great location, center within easy reach. Around it is a lively area, with restaurants and cafes. Spacious living room, perfect for larger groups. Additional info: Kitchen of the house is in the basement and one of the parking spaces is on the steep ramp to the garage.

We had a lovely weekend at Cheyrines house. Really good place to stay with a big group, well equipped, and big and social areas to hang out in. We also got good tips and local recommendations, which was helpful. Absolutely recommend!

Very cozy cute apartment, close to lovely walking trails! The host stayed in touch and all the amenities were found for cooking their own food and making coffee! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's beautiful home! He is a great host and was always responsive and helpful -- we enjoyed his list of recommendations very much. We stayed in Falsterbo for just over a week and it was the perfect escape from city life -- our toddler really enjoyed visiting the nearby beaches and horse stables, as well as playing with all the toys that were provided especially the swing in the front yard. We really appreciated Alexander's warm hospitality at both check-in and check-out, and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

The house is great. I would like to highlight the amenities. Noble and for a vacation rental. There was nothing missing. We would come back. Especially in the fall, Olpenitz is very nice for us because very, very calm. Communication with the hosts was also great. It was answered very quickly.

Nice get-away location. We were a group of 14 friends and this house offered enough beds, private location, close to nature, close to the ocean with a modern twist. Host very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. Recommend!

The house is in a beautiful location, getting to it could be challenging without cars though. We were 12 people staying at the house, and it works, but I think it would be more comfortable with max 10. There are only 10 beds in the main house, the last 2 are in a separate building close to the lake. Those who slept there had only good things to say about it, but still, we had to get separated. Also there were 10 chairs by the main dining table, we had to add 2 more from elsewhere in the house. Again, not an issue, but it shows that most things are designed with 10 people in mind. The saunas and the jacuzzi are also ideal for max 3-4 people at a time. We were able to use these in groups so everyone had a chance to try everything, so it was fine for our group though. All things considered, everyone loved the house, and had a great time! I can highly recommend the house for groups up to 10 people, if you're more, keep in mind that some extra organization might be needed to suit everyone.

We loved the stay at the vila and all the beautiful space that came with it. We were three families with kids of different ages and a young couple, and everyone found something to do, walk, swim, SUP, play or just chill in one of the many indoor and outdoor lounging areas. We loved the outdoor BBQ and that was on almost every night. The sauna and hot tub were great end of the day activities for everyone, and the host had it ready for us and did all the clean up after. There was a great sense of privacy, peace and beautiful nature at your doorstep, I am already planning when we could come back again!

Beautiful home! If you are traveling with kids this is the place to stay. The pool was a definite plus and the home was comfortable and relaxing. The house is in a quiet area and is very peaceful.

We were seven women who had a very pleasant stay in this house (3 nights). Large common areas for socializing, comfortable beds, large well equipped kitchen, pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Walking distance to sights and nice restaurants. We were 9 people celebrating a bachelorette party at Anders house. It was perfect for this, a wonderful pool to hang out at, large spaces & beautiful views. Felt like staying at an interior magazine. Awesome place!

Lovely place. Perfect for children and grandchildren with pool, activities, good with space, etc. Proximity to Visby but also Fårö and the northern destinations. Erik is a great host who facilitates booking, reception and directions, etc. Highest quality of house and decoration. And quick responses to our question. Perfect week in other words. 👌

Our stay at this villa was very nice! The accommodation was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious garden and the fantastic pool, which gave us many relaxing hours under the sun. Villa is in a quiet neighborhood. Nevertheless, shopping and restaurants were easily accessible nearby. Martin was very friendly and helpful, always available and provided us with useful tips for the area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this villa😊

After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.
