Very comfortable house, with the furniture, bed and bath linens and the necessary and quality kitchen utensils. Mirela always available to answer all questions and help with whatever was necessary. Safe Condominium. I highly recommend the stay, my family loved it!

Equal photo apartment, good furniture, the sofa was in dirty fabric, but because it is light colored, I understand that many guests do not take special care in someone else's environments. I missed a water filter, it helps a lot if you stay for more days. I really enjoyed the accommodation.

the house is a charm, has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 3 bunk beds, 3 single beds with 3 auxiliary beds. It accommodates well up to 14 people to sleep. The pool is amazing, has a grill with some utensils, in addition to 2 bathrooms. Rogério was very attentive, assisting me in every detail, supported me too much during the entire stay. It was all very light and quiet. in the garage only 1 car, but it is very spacious! it has a floor clothes, a new refrigerator and a brewery as well. The gourmet area is well equipped, it also has stools and chairs next to a 6-seat table. all the rooms have a closet where it is possible to accommodate bags and bedding/bathing. The location is quiet and easy to find. I recommend the location and also take repellent and electric/insecticide racket or poison for taking, because in the night period the space is very busy with insects and rsrs. in addition, I hope to rent again as the experience was amazing! I highly recommend the host and their place

Complete location, markets, fuel station and super bakery nearby. The location is very safe, it was my first time in SP, in addition, the convenience has drinks and snacks (part), so for those who arrive late or do not have time, there will be something to eat and drink. Fátima was very hospitable, and instructed us super well, we liked it, mainly due to the issue of the key in a safe, which allowed us greater flexibility.

Stay too top!!!! We had a lot of good moments that brought us peace to start 2021! Family united!!! We had so much fun that we only left home to go to the market...Rs!!! Pool, laughs, good nights sleep and a good day in the singing of the birds....Great place to gather good people, family, children and everyone who is important to us!!! Ah Rodrigo...No reviews, fun and communicative person, plus the concern to make us comfortable and comfortable... We can't forget our friend Nice who helped us is a lot with the care of the house!!! That was so cool!!!

The place is great, we feel at home. Andressa is always very helpful, helping us with everything. The house was clean and everything was organized. I just have to thank you for everything, it really is a place to recharge. We were able to visit our relatives and rest at the same time. I highly recommend it!

Gabriela is extremely kind and cordial, answers any questions super fast and is available to help her guests. The place is extremely quiet and makes you feel at home.

I loved the stay, the place is super cozy, the room well decorated, there is a minibar with water, soda and coffee that can be consumed and arranged later with the host which I found a facility and helped me a lot.
