The very spacious house, I arrived and it smelled of cleanliness , a delight. Hosts are very friendly , helpful and always willing to help . Rafaela contacted me to send the location and we arranged the chekin.Fui to see the shows of the Greater Summer, I went to the shows, I found it close to the beach . I highly recommend it and I will be back as soon as possible .

We were very welcome, very cozy space, it was very clean, ample green area for children's fun, 1.5 and 3 years old, with very quiet place privacy, the only problem is to have been for little that time (4 days). I recommend without reservations.

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even the street not being paved we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, only 2 blocks, and the beach of the region is quiet, with lifesaving posts. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccable for cleaning! Rafael and Tati were very friendly and received us with great affection, cookies and geladinho juice! The house has air conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house because we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during my stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain that we had on one of the nights. It was perfect days of rest, we'll definitely be back!

Our stay in Pontal was perfect. Célia and Miguel are amazing hosts, super helpful, dear ones, friends we want to bring to life. We love the experience, we recommend for those who want a stay in a safe, quiet and close to everything like markets, bakery, restaurant, shops, the beach is super clean, extensive sand strip, we spent 8 wonderful days. Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day.
