My stay was amazing. We had a perfect family weekend, the place is exactly as described in the publication. Rafaella responded super fast and was extremely kind and hospitable. The localization is great, from walking to the brava beach and to the centrinho, by car we take a few minutes to the gentle beach, it has a pharmacy right on the corner, a cheap restaurant for lunch and at least 3 markets, distributors, gas station and more things close to the house. The apartment itself is simple but clean and cozy, the spacious balcony made us super comfortable and Rafaella made it a point to leave the barbecue clean for us to use on the day we booked. Anyway, I highly recommend!

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even the street not being paved we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, only 2 blocks, and the beach of the region is quiet, with lifesaving posts. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccable for cleaning! Rafael and Tati were very friendly and received us with great affection, cookies and geladinho juice! The house has air conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house because we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during my stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain that we had on one of the nights. It was perfect days of rest, we'll definitely be back!

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!
