Villa vacation rentals in Balma

Our family of three adults and two children spent five weeks at Valerie's place in October. It was exactly what we were looking for in an extended stay near Toulouse. The house itself was wonderful. The rooms are large, there were multiple desks to use for working remotely, and the property itself was large. Our kids enjoyed running around the yard and exploring the outdoors. We regularly used the outdoor furniture for meals at the table or lounging on the chairs. It's also down the street (~1km) from a nice park with a playground and a boulangerie. The location was also exactly what we were looking for. It put us within a short trip (<1hr) of many beautiful towns and attractions (Corde sur Ciel, Albi, Gallaic, etc.). It also was only 15min away from the Bourderouge or Argoulets Metro Park + Ride. Valerie was also responsive to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend an extended stay!

All good. Only bad thing is that we did not hace enough towels for everyone so we had to share :( not great. Rest is fine but the location makes you have car because it is quite in nowhere.

We spent a week in this comfortable home. Very well equipped with modern decor. The total air conditioning of the house is really a positive point in the middle of August. Everything was perfect. The house is 10 minutes from the metro by car , 2 minutes from the Canal du Midi and 20 minutes from Toulouse city center. Our host was always very reactive to our questions.

A great weekend in Sophie's house, which, you have to say, offers everything you need to disconnect from everyday life, gather with friends and party with a view. The house matches the photos in every way, equipped with everything you need for a friendly moment. Sophie is pleasant, accommodating and attentive to her hosts ( we wanted to play games, she got us out of the interior and outdoors). Again, a big thank you for everything, really.

Claude's house is a real dwelling with all the useful amenities (except the dishwasher). It's the real AirB&B spirit and not an under-equipped studio. The accommodation is quiet in a suburban area on the edge of fields and close to good shops. It is easy to reach Toulouse via the P+R Balla Gramont car park. Claude is welcoming and responsive. Flexible check in and check out. The city of spaces is close, Thank you so much!

Amazing, would recommend in a heartbeat. The house is incredible and the hosts are SO helpful.

The house was perfect for the three generations of our family. Swimming pool was lovely, good size, safe and good loungers. Good garden games, outdoor seating areas and all the sleeping and bathrooms were great. A super stay.

I don’t have a bad word to say about La Rivière! The house is truly amazing. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly peaceful. The garden was a great spot for playing games and lounging around the pool. The kitchen is fully decked out with everything we needed and more. Beds were incredibly comfortable! And we appreciated all the little extra touches, like toys for kids and bikes so we could cruise around the countryside. The villages nearby had shops and a little Saturday morning market which we loved. Charlotte was a great host, very communicative and flexible with us and our plans. She gave great recommendations and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. I really hope to return in the future.

We had a great weekend with friends and family to celebrate my 30s. The house is great with room for everyone and the multiple games possible (billiards, pétanque, ping pong etc...) Only small downside, the pool which is not heated when we would have enjoyed it with the great sun we had. But other than that everything is done to have a great time, we would all have stayed longer 😉

Quiet and enjoyable week! We had a very good week and were able to enjoy the large pool almost every day. The house is big and bright, we felt good there! Thank you again for your welcome.

We had a lovely stay. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was well equipped. The grounds were very private and quiet neighbourhood. There is a lovely restaurant a short walk from the house, and an easy walk to bus/tram routes.

We had a great time, the house was well maintained and well equipped. The welcome was warm and clear about the amenities of the house. Steph was able to put us at ease and offer us a very pleasant week of vacation.

What a lovely home! Charming, stylish, and quite comfortable. Worked great for our party of 4. Xavier, Julia's husband, met us at the residence to show us around and give us the keys. Was very responsive whenever we had questions or issues. Pool area was beautiful, though unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay. Fantastic kitchen - fully furnished and well appointed. (We made most meals at "home".) Both bathrooms very nice (Xavier did the tiling himself!), and tub in 2nd bathroom was fabulous!!! Two WC meant no waiting to get ready while someone had to use the toilet. The black-out shades in each room meant for some serious privacy and fantastic sleep. Very close to shops and easy walking to center of Toulouse. Only note is that 4th bedroom has become a dressing room, but no issue for our party of 4. And their cat is a total love-bug... wanted to bring her home! Absolutely recommend Julia & Xavier's home for your stay in Toulouse! (Thank you both!)

We had a great time at Sara's place, the accommodation is great, spacious, well-equipped, clean matches the description and photos in every way. We took great advantage of the garden and pool. Sara is a very welcoming and available host, a small manual available gives us ideas for outings nearby and Sara is very responsive by text to any questions. We are really delighted and recommend this listing without hesitation.

Beautiful big and remodeled house , with private pool. Communication with hosts was always a 10/10. Easy automatic checkin is a plus. Grateful stay
