Tirth is a wonderful host. Unfortunately they’d to get some work done on the house and the house was not clean at the time of check in. When we escalated it to Tirth, he immediately had his house help come and clean the place for us. Sadly, it was extremely dirty and could not be fully cleaned in a short period of time. I’ve dust allergy and could not stay in the house. Tirth and his family were extremely understanding and helped us cancel the booking and took our complaint very seriously. Would love to go back and stay with them in the future.

The property is very tastefully decorated. It reveals the aesthetic sense of the owner. All essential amenities are in place. Minute details such as a pedestal fan in the outdoor sitting area appears to be a thoughtful gesture. Overall highly recommended.

I stayed here with my wife, and the villa is truly beautiful. It offers a spacious 1BHK unit for your stay, along with covered car parking and CCTV facilities for added security. Food delivery services like Swiggy are available, making it very convenient. The owner is extremely helpful and always reachable over the phone. Additionally, the host went above and beyond by assisting me with Tawang entry passes, which was incredibly kind. I will definitely return in the future.

The place was really and the hosts were more than willing to help me out through everything. very homely environment with a lot of privacy as well. There is a small balcony that serves as a brilliant place to stargaze (personally). Highly recommend this cozy ans affordable place for anyone visiting Tezpur!

Highly recommended. Pokhila Bon is a little gem of a homestay, a small independent cottage just a few minutes off the national highway, but so peaceful in its green setting that you forget the city is only a few steps away. The rooms are spacious,sparkling clean and tastefully kept, equipped with every comfort for the travel-weary. We especially enjoyed the beautiful old-fashioned garden and the quiet country lane running past the gate. The staff is courteous and efficient. We were served a lovely breakfast on the morning of our departure. The hosts came over from their residence nearby for a friendly chat and to bid us a warm goodbye. We were passing through Tezpur on our way to Arunachal Pradesh, but we learned from talking with our hosts that Pokhila Bon could be an ideal base for day trips to Kaziranga national park! We are definitely going back for that some day:)
