Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Balearic Islands

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We stayed one week in that wonderful house. It is absolutely private, quiet and lovely if you want to enjoy some days on Mallorca. I can totally recommend this house and would come back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!

Ca sa padrina is a beautiful home where you can feel at home. We are a family with two kids aged 6 and 8 and they loved being able to sleep alone in one room (it's a bit separate from the other room but there is a sofa bed just in case). It is a village house in a very quiet villa. It is very well located because you are 30 minutes away from many interesting places we wanted to see. It was perfect for us. The house has everything and Joana is quick to respond in case of any questions. If we can, we will be back there!

We had a great time at Jenny’s place, felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Marga's place for 17 nights with our dog and did workation there. It was a lovely stay all around, the internet was very fast and there is a lot of seating in the garden so we could sometimes work outside. We thought the place was beautiful and there was everything we needed:-)

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

Superb location if you like hiking. Very beautiful town. Some issues with road resurfacing noise outside but that might just be the season. Parking a little tricky but it’s understandable as a mountain-town.

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

We felt right at home. Everything is lovingly decorated, there are many extras and amenities in the apartment. The apartment has a great location with sea views on both sides and it was very quiet there.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

Hands down the best views from the balcony. Space was big and clean. Great for large group of people. Highly recommend this place if you want to wake up to birds chirping and a beautiful view.

A really absolutely recommended accommodation for a family with a toddler who also likes to be active and prefers a quiet and idyllic retreat. The facilities were perfect for us and we felt very comfortable in the family's private environment. The location is very close to the center of Alcudia but still off the beaten track, so you have more of a rural feeling. Above all, the available toys and trampoline, as well as the sandbox and pedal tractor were worth their weight in gold for us. Thank you for this wonderful time at your place, we will be happy to come back!

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

We spent a wonderful few days with the whole family in Salvador's beautiful villa with a stunning view of Port Pollenca and the bay. It is a perfect place to relax, explore the stunning area around Pollenca and the Tramuntana and just to have a good time with family or friends. Salvador and his team were extremely helpful, discreet and very responsive and made us feel at home. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Very good accommodation in a quiet residential area, suitable for visiting Ciutadella and the west of the island. 10 min walk, swimming area with ladder and 12 min walk, a pretty beach. Pleasant jacuzzi at 35°C. Equipped kitchen. Mosquito net and air conditioning. Host interaction via WhatsApp is very quick and easy. We recommend this house.

I highly recommend this place. the host is really nice and communicative and helpful the house is beautiful and well acquitted the kitchen is full of kitchen supplies and dishes. the surrounding is beautiful and calm green and lots of fresh air. although it was cold and we didn't get in the pool it shows that it's really clean. we recommend it completely

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.
