Excellent location in Philly, great spot, better host. Loved the stay. Will stay again again in the future

Nachman's carriage house is a very quiet place in the hub of Philly suburbs. Very conveniently close to food, stores, parks, etc. The space is quite large and without carpets so sound inside is a bit loud. The main queen bed frame is older so it does make noise when a body shifts. A couple of table side lamps would be nice but the overhead lighting was certainly sufficient. The grounds are being renovated though we never saw workman about. The kitchen area and the bathroom downstairs are updated and really great to use. Note: full flight of stairs to get to those areas. We had to cut our stay short however, Nachman was positively responsive when we did. Everything was very clean. Which I really appreciated. We will return as it is close to our relatives in the area.

Great quiet stay. The driveway was a bit confusing at first because it leads to another unit so I wasn’t sure if parking there would disturb the neighbor. Other than that the place was very clean, smelled nice and the hosts were very responsive when I had an issue with getting into the home. Will definitely stay here again when visiting.

We were in town for a squash match at The Arlen Specter Center. The host gave great communication on how to self check in. They allowed us to check in an hour and a half early. The place was clean and full of extra amenities, like complementary toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, etc. This unit was located on the sixth floor, so you’ll walk up 6 flights of stairs to go up before you enter the apartment. Once inside, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the apartments main floor. There is another staircase that leads up to the rooftop deck. I only had two complaints. The 2 bedrooms had sheer curtains. It was bright at night with the city lights. There was no hairdryer provided. Overall a great stay.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We have two less-than-friendly dogs which has made visiting family in PA very difficult for us the past few years. Lana’s place was perfect for us and allowed us to come down for Christmas for the first time in a while! The dogs loved the big backyard and felt very comfortable inside. We loved the great central location and clean interior! It was easy to get to the highway and plenty of great parks, walks, and coffee shops close by! Will definitely be staying again to visit family and friends in the area!

Chantel's place was great. About 20 min from where I needed to go. Very clean. Looked like the picture. The bed was comfortable. The bedrooms were one flight up. The bathroom was very modern, shower was modern. She gave us enough towels and wash clothes and make up remover. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us, a nice touch. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Very easy to find her door and to get in. It was street parking but it was easy to find a spot.

Anthony was a great host. He was responsive and flexible during our stay. The house was nicely decorated and spacious. The location was great with private parking. I would highly recommend this property!!

Angela’s place was exactly as pictured and very clean! The place is also beautiful! Her message about entry was very detailed and helpful. She had a binder with helpful information including the schedule for the trains with all available stops. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and in the perfect location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Matthew was an excellent host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Angel was great, her place is amazing with a lot of amenities included. Her personality it fun and pleasant. I was very comfortable and felt safe during my stay. The best part is the view of the city. Waking up to that was nice. Great spot for sure.

Great location and unit. There's so much to do in the area that is within walking distance. The place is very minimalistic, which is nice. It has everything you need and is super clean. Would definitely recommend. Natasha is also very nice and provides clear instructions and information. Be mindful of the stairs. They could be brutal if you have heavy luggage/bags.

Really enjoyed my stay in trolley square. Perfect location that’s walkable to local restaurants, cafes and parks. Only a 10 minute drive to the children’s hospital. The apartment was clean and felt like home. I noticed in previous reviews that there were complaints about the hot water pressure in the shower, the street parking and dogs nearby. I didn’t have any issues with the water pressure or parking. There is a dog at the neighbors place, but I didn’t notice any barking late at night. My only complaint about the apartment is that the bedroom has large windows and a door that are a bit drafty. I stayed here in the winter so that room was very cold despite the heat being on. Luckily there were many extra blankets available!

Gabriel is an excellent communicator and very responsive. Apartment was comfortable - except for upstairs neighbor who began their Super Bowl celebration 24 hours early! Beds were very comfortable and space for five people was more than adequate.

The host was very helpful and promptly answered my questions. For example, I was locked out and didn’t have my entry code to the house. I contacted them via my colleagues Airbnb account. They reached out and saved the day. Cheers.

My group and I came to Philly for the Super Bowl and had a fantastic stay at Swida’s house. The place was cozy and spacious with plenty of room for our group. The house was perfectly situated right in center city and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Swida was also a great host and super responsive. Overall, 10/10 stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful space and located very conveniently to 2nd St / No. Libs as well very close to Fishtown. The space is efficient, comfortable, and nicely detailed. I'd stay here again.
