Vacation rentals with lake access in Bakırköy

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Can's place is awesome! Spacious, clean, and beautiful with comfortable beds, even the sofa beds are very comfortable! Added bonus is that it has two toilets. The location is great! Plenty of attractions within walking distance and tram station and pier are also just around the corner. Most importantly, Can is extremely helpful and addressed all our concerns. One of our neighbouring guests were a bit too noisy on one of the nights and Can helped us resolve the problem despite it being 1am at night. He also provided us with many good recommendations for us to make the most of our stay in Istanbul. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one, Can! 🙏

Great location with amazing views. Very responsive host. Lots of restaurants and transportation nearby. The location is at the top of the hill so be prepared if walking.

Sian is wonderful host and responded for all my questions. He arranged airport pickup and drop off for our entire group with 18 pieces of luggage big and small, that was very helpful and worry free. His father welcomed us when we arrived and gave a send off when we left and helped us to move luggage in the lift up and down. A very nice gentleman. We had a very pleasant and homely stay at Siam’s place and I recommend this place for anyone. It is walkable to groceries, shopping, Bus and tram line. Thank you Sian for being wonderful host.

We had a very pleasant , complete place stay. The place is central transportation easy and the residence we stayed in was quite sufficient. We would also like to thank Mr. Şahin for his quick response and necessary information. A place to stay again.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Hello, in my opinion, considering the distance to the city center and to the metro station, the price was about 20% high, and in other cases, everything was fine.

Thanks for everything. It was a short stay, but everything was clean and the location is very close to E5 main road.
