First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

The apartment was exactly what I expected, in fact it surprised me in a positive way, the location, the view and the terrace are its strong point. Ozan was very kind, a real landlord , he helped me from start to finish and beyond. Thank you very much. What can I say, if you are looking for a beautiful and modern apartment with all the comforts and with a beautiful view this is for you.

5-10 minutes walk from Sofia mosque w attraction, the surrounding Grand Bazaar, pier are all within walking distance.The owner runs a restaurant service himself is nice, the stairs are a little narrow, everything else is satisfactory

The most important thing for me was that it was clean, the house is very suitable for families with children, the environment is beautiful. Very clean, very meticulous behavior. We felt like we were at home. There is a balcony in the house. There was a grocery store right next door. It was nice to be close to Marmara.

Mori’s place is ideal because it’s a close walk to Istiklal street and has an elevator! There’s lots to do around and she’s very helpful and responsive with everything. Would highly recommend staying here for a great value.

Staying at this place was definitely a great choice! It’s not just a room but a small apartment, with a nice functional kitchen—perfect for preparing some coffee/breakfast before heading out for long walks. The view is amazing! Although we didn’t have much time to enjoy the terrace, it wasn’t a problem, as we could see the canal from our room. You have total privacy, thanks to the separate entrance, but if you need something, Bulut and his family are very friendly! The location is excellent, and Balat (the neighborhood) became our favorite. You can walk to the Chora Museum, visit wonderful Orthodox churches, enjoy a coffee, and simply explore the area. Getting to other parts of Istanbul is also quite easy.

I had surgery in Turkey and wanted to find an Airbnb close to the hospital. I ended up finding this apartment with an ocean view and a jacuzzi. I feel so lucky! What makes me feel even luckier is that my Airbnb host is Flex. Having traveled all over the world, I would say that Flex is the best host I’ve ever encountered. When I first moved in, I found that the bathroom pipes were clogged. Flex immediately called a plumber to fix it. The next day, I came home to find he had left a lot of water and snacks on my table. I was so spoiled! Flex knew I would be staying in the apartment most of the time due to my surgery, so he even asked if I wanted to try some noodles they had prepared as a gesture of care. In the end, I canceled my original booking at a five-star hotel and decided to extend my stay at another ocean-view apartment hosted by Flex for 4 extra days. With Flex around, anywhere feels like a five-star experience!

We had a great stay here and would highly recommend. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you could need. The space is also huge for the neighborhood. Convenient location, Can was super responsive the whole time, and we appreciated the option to store our luggage in the building early in the morning while waiting for check-in. Five stars.

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!
