We were 5 couples of friends. Very good stay. Very suitable for a group of this size. Billiards in the main room very nice. We were not able to enjoy the exteriors since it is in December but charming garden.

My partner and I had a great stay in this beautiful home. Great outdoor space that allowed our dog to have a great vacation too. The house is tastefully decorated, reminiscent of the history of the property while being modern in the kitchen / bathroom areas. Congrats. Special mention for the welcome and kindness of Christine who was at the top.:) We would highly recommend it.

This place is just as described - it’s like a museum out of the 17th Century. The frescos and ceiling carvings are amazing. Anything we communicated or suggested to Chihab was remedied immediately. If you like creative, historic and quirky accommodations this place is perfect. Location is conveniently right across the street from the train station and a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the central area & Place de Comedie. Chihab is a really kind and friendly host - it was great talking to him. Just a really nice and thoughtful person. Montpellier is one of the most perfect cities I have ever visited. It is a beautiful and magical city.

The flat is really cute and located in a beautiful cute village - with the bike 15 min from the beach (it's a geourgeus bike ride!) ☺️ you feel really at home at Laëtitias place and she gave great recommendations for our stay there :) really recommendable!

Excellent accommodation, 15 minutes from downtown , the bed is very nice just like the bedding , an apartment with nice decoration. To spend a few days in Montpellier I recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Nicole’s as we were attending a conference being held at the Corum. The location was perfect, a less than 5 minute walk to the venue and also a less than 5 minute walk to the city center. Nicole was extremely friendly, accommodating, and responsive. A 5/5 host.

Our family had an incredible time at Victoria and Ferg’s place! The location is perfect—close to the garrigue for nature walks yet still convenient to nearby attractions. The house itself has beautiful architecture and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We highly recommend experiencing Ferg’s fantastic cooking (don’t miss the natural wine he makes on-site—it was a real treat!) and exploring Victoria’s unique art studio. Their hospitality and creativity made our stay unforgettable. We’d absolutely love to come back in the springtime!!

A very nice and modern apartment with all the necessities available. We are very satisfied with the stay. Very quiet location with parking. Restaurant and shops within walking distance. 5 m from the beach and all kitchen utensils are also available. Highly recommended

Well located accommodation in the old town, although access can scare some. The rental is very well equipped and pleasant thanks to the air conditioning. The decor may seem old for some, charming for others; nevertheless, the cleanliness is there!

One word....amazing! Such a fantastic villa....we travelled with four young children, including babies and the villa catered for our every need. The pool scene is stunning. My only recommendation would be to hire a car as it is abit of a walk to supermarkets. Would not hesitate to return here amd very much hope to one day. Thanks Mireille!

We had a really nice week! The house was very spacious, clean and pleasant. The garden was great: lots of nice seats, the pool was spacious and the jacuzzi lovely with a very nice view of the area. There is plenty to do in the area: beautiful hiking opportunities, the beach is easily accessible, Montpellier is a half hour drive and the wineries are nearby. Frédéric is a friendly person, who responds quickly. In other words: this holiday home is absolutely recommended!

Everything went well. Good check-in. There was everything, especially in the kitchen, what you needed. Air conditioning great. Pool super. Quiet surroundings; nice neighbors. All very friendly. They were very quick to respond to any questions. Supermarket 10 min by car. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great holiday in this house. My husband and our three children (teenagers and young adults) particularly appreciated: - The layout of the house, its cleanliness, its large spaces (bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, living room). - The oriental touch (the living room, the cooking utensils for cooking, the decoration) We had a Moroccan tea every day, beautiful. - Quiet and close to department stores. - Bikes to enjoy the bike paths

A pleasant stay in a well appointed and very pleasant villa to stay. Claire was not there but Christine was present and welcomed us very well. The house was clean apart from a few items as previous tenants had left the house in a deplorable state. Claire was very responsive to make our stay go very smoothly ( the pool attendant came by to check the pool water). There is plenty of information to take bike rides or not. Shops, hiking, or jogging are within easy reach. Teenagers were able to bike to the beach and paddleboard. We had a lovely peaceful, relaxing stay with the family.

Very accessible host, it's nice to have someone friendly, understanding and knowledgeable with questions about the accommodation. The place is very peaceful, very quiet, perfect to meet during family parties (the living space is very warm and the kitchen is very functional). In summer, it must be amazing to be able to enjoy the swimming pool and large, well-appointed outdoor space. The place is fully enclosed with gates, you can let a dog walk without worries. I highly recommend it, and would definitely go back when I come back to this area

We had a great time at the mocha villa. Franck is a pleasant and proactive host. The house is well equipped in terms of kitchen and children's area. Too bad for us that it rained a lot over the weekend and we couldn't enjoy the exteriors, but the kids didn't get bored given the indoor amenities. Spaces are well suited to accommodate the number of people planned. We'll be happy to go back!

This villa is ideally suited to a family holiday. It is spacious, clean and well-equipped and has a lovely pool which is a good size. There is a sunny patio. Alexia the host was excellent at communication and kept in touch with us throughout without being intrusive. The villa was very peaceful and spacious. The area around is lovely. The village is a 10 minute walk away along very quiet streets and has a small supermarket as well as numerous independent shops including an excellent boulangerie as well as a number of food shops.. We coincided (August) with a series of festivals in the village – a weekly festival of food and wine in the town centre and an annual festival including bull running. There is a huge hypermarket about 5 minutes’ drive away,. There is a tram which we used to get into Montpellier which worked well. The tram is just under a mile from the villa and the walk is through the village centre which is very picturesque. We very highly recommend this villa.
