Hosts Caroline and Richard are special people. They have created, through their own hard work, a special place. They are welcoming, warm, outgoing, helpful, authentic Newfoundlanders. Their home on the cove provided great views of birds and fishermen from the dining room table. We sat down with them and shared our lives and theirs and stories of the local community and ways of life. They offer their guests instant friendship. Richard’s creation, “Newfie Benes,” for breakfast were terrific and fueled us for the day. Caroline went out of her way to see we had all we needed. We are not young, but they helped us to keep the old man and woman out (when you go there, ask them how that is done). . We have traveled from the USA to Newfoundland four times and thought we knew the people here well. Thanks to Caroline and Richard and their big hearts, we know these fine folks better. We hated to leave, but memories of our stay are going with us. Thanks to both of them.

Wow. What a fantastic stay we just had at Nancys Nest! We booked spontaneously for easter weekend - Nancy was VERY responsive. When we arrived we were appalled with the view, cleanliness, & everything we would need for the weekend being THERE. We watched an eagles nest & 2 adult eagles all weekend, we are in AWE! & we can not wait to get back!😊

Loretta and the bnb were both lovely! She met us at the door to welcome us and show us all we needed to know about our accommodations. It was Valentine’s Day weekend and Loretta had a valentine flair all over, including heart shaped pillows with chocolate on our pillows, fresh roses and even valentine cupcakes in the refrigerator! It was super clean and bright! A gorgeous oceanview from almost every window. It was quiet, comfortable and cozy-exactly what we were looking for!

It was a great stay! Very clean! Bathroom newly renovated and prestine. Had the kitchen well stocked with appliances and necessities. Coffee options were a nice bonus! Host was very quIck to respond. Would def recommend this place.

Was a beautiful spot! The hot tub was amazing with beautiful views of the water. It was the relaxation we needed. Host was responsive and friendly. Would stay again! Would just note that this isn’t the entire place to yourself, another rental along side and host lives up stairs (I wasn’t aware, however plenty of privacy)

The Shed was a quaint little spot on the water! she had all the amenities for cooking and even had slippers that took the chill off the floor during winter! it was a little hard to find the driveway to it as it was directly by the side of her house. the Shed was in her backyard which you can't see on the pictures but was still pretty private as we did not see anyone on the property when we were there. We enjoyed our stay but as it was in March and was cold, we could not enjoy the cute little deck. maybe next time!!

Bev was always checking up on us and was so nice and helpful. We went Easter Weekend so everything was closed but she still offered us help would we need something from a store. When we needed to get back, there was a winter storm that hit Brent’s cove. We could not leave but Bev said we could stay until it was safe to drive and she kept in touch with us to let us know when it would be safe to leave. The cabin was very well equipped and so peaceful. 10/10 recommend visiting Brent’s cove and booking with them!

Wayne’s place was lovely with a beautiful view. It was spotless and cozy with everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely book Wayne’s place again. Thank you for a great stay!

I really cannot imagine a better place to go than Tracey's and Dan's cabin in Westport, Newfoundland. Tracey and Dan are fantastic hosts, the cabin is impeccable, and Westport is a magical place filled with wonderful, friendly people.

A well-maintained home is nestled among mature trees, showcasing a grassy yard. A wooden deck is visible on one side, providing outdoor space for relaxation. Clear blue skies and sunlight filter through the leaves, enhancing the serene setting.

Theresa’s place was clean and tidy, and had plenty of space. It is very close to the stadium and coffee shops, making it an excellent choice for hockey tournaments!

Natalie’s place was absolutely stunning and had everything you’d need and more. It’s private and has an open view of the bay. She sent along instructions for the home and detailed directions prior to check in. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Brenda was absolutely great to deal with and the house was beautiful, quaint and beautifully decorated. The only issue I had was that the location said Baie Verte however it was actally in Wild Cove. I asked Brenda about this and it had something to do with google maps. This was not anything that Brenda could control however it should be noted in the ad somewhere.
