Townhome vacation rentals in Baguio

This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Will try to stay at this house again for my family’s annual Baguio trip. Thank you again, Sir Joel! All the best to your business.

Really great place! Neighborhood is very secured and safe! Feeling American neighborhood! So accommodating! We were allowed to do very early check in. Perfect for a big Group! We were 17 and the place was perfect for all of us! The kids had a really great time! There were many fun things to do even right inside the house! Very responsive! Surely: will book again! We had a great time staying at her place. As much as we wanted to stay a little longer because 4 days is not enough the place is homey and quiet. Wel will definitely comeback to her place.

We had an amazing stay! The house interior was stunning, spacious, and perfect for our group of four. The place felt like home- peaceful, clean, and fully equipped. We appreciated the water dispenser and free drinking water. The huge sofa was a great spot to relax and enjoy Netflix. We also availed of the surprise package for my boyfriend's birthday, which was well worth the minimal charge. The setup was impressive! Kudos to Sir Keith and especially to their kind caretaker, Kuya Rey. Note that the road to the house is quite steep, so it's best to bring your own vehicle. However, we managed fine without one, as taxis were readily available in the area. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the price. If we get the chance to return to Baguio, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much! Satisfied guest here :)

Kendal's place really felt like a home away from home! The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, and whenever I had a question or needed something, she was quick to respond and super helpful. The only little hiccup was the internet on the second floor; it could use a bit of an upgrade. But honestly, everything else was fantastic, and this tiny issue didn’t spoil my experience at all. I can't wait to stay at her property again the next time I'm in Baguio!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb over Christmas! The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway – very quiet and serene, which we absolutely loved. It's also conveniently located near Mines View Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Garden, making it easy to explore some beautiful sights. Unlike the more crowded areas around Burnham Park, the surroundings felt calm and relaxing, allowing us to truly unwind. A huge shoutout to Annabele, the landlord, who was so helpful, friendly, and always easy to reach whenever we had any questions. It was such a pleasure to communicate with someone so responsive and accommodating. Another highlight was that the unit is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us since we were traveling with our fur babies. It made our stay even more enjoyable knowing our pets were welcome and comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, accessible, and pet-friendly spot to stay. We can’t wait to return!

The place is recommended for big groups and if you have own car since public transpo is quite difficult. The place is peaceful and very homey with all the available amenities as enumerated. Rye is also very responsive. Will surely book again if to come back in Baguio..
