We had a wonderful stay at Tram and Martin’s home. It was gorgeously decorated and with lots of space and room for our 14 month old to roam and stay busy (particularly in the play room - it was incredible!) We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Martin was extremely communicative and checking in/out was seamless. They were very accommodating. The location itself is perfect - we loved that we were on a quiet and calm street but easily within distance of fantastic restaurants. Was fun to venture into Pigalle or head south towards the Seine/les Halles and the Marais. We highly recommend this area to stay! The apartment looked exactly as it did in the photos and the layout was excellent - bedrooms were spread out and so everyone enjoyed privacy. The view of the courtyard and the terrace space were a lovely addition.

Loved staying here! It’s just a few blocks away of the Eiffel Tower but in its own cozy nook. There were great stores and restaurants around it and the communication with the host was so easy!

I recommend the host Very welcoming very well located accommodation very close to the RER C station 2mn walk to any direction and next to many shops , bakery pharmacy...no need for the vehicle Exceptionally beautiful spacious apartment, comfort , High point closed parking in secure basement I will come back without hesitation thank you to Marine and Kamal.

Xavier's place is close to the metro and bus stop. There are also several restaurants, grocery places, and good bread shops closeby to choose from. The terrace has a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower (and sunrise). All necessary appliances are working and are in good condition. We all felt at home after staying for almost two weeks. Xavier is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Will definitely recommend his place!

we had a great stay the host was there when she arrived because she finalized the accommodation because we had arrived earlier than expected. She was very nice she let us settle in while she finishes. very nice host very accessible by phone we called her several times she is always available. the house is nikel 3 beautiful bedrooms 2 large bathrooms very clean. and a courtyard where the kids played well and it's fun.
