We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

Great place to stay with your large group or family. The place is extremely well maintained and the pool is amazing. The butlers were really helpful and helped us in managing our stay well. Master bedroom bathtub, Jacuzzi pool and the green surroundings surely made us feel amazing. The villa is one of 10 and the common pool is also amazing. All in all a great deal.

Revati is an exceptional host, and my stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s place! The house looked just as it does in the photos and the amenities were top notch! the caretaker Mahesh was also very helpful. There are some amazing restaurants nearby, just walking distance. We would definitely want to come back here

Saheel's place is lovely and without a doubt one of the best airbnb's we have been to. He quickly responded to our queries and is really friendly. If you are looking for a clean and asthetically beautiful place, his place is a must visit. The place has a beautiful view of chapora river, it offers complete solitude. Parking can be a little tricky but people around are really helpful, specially the uncle and his son who resides in the same property. They run a vehicle rental business, so it is easy to get a rental four/two wheeler right at the property. This is a must visit. Thanks alot Saheel for offering such a beutiful place.

What an amazing experience! Best Airbnb ever. Breakfast included where the chef comes home at your behest and makes dishes that you ask. Immaculate housekeeping. Amenities galore. Security inherent due to the layout of the colony and the active staff. Drivable distance to the beach. Wish Goa state paid attention to road quality, then it would be the best spot on earth for vacation and Nalin’s stay would be better served. Nalin and his crew made us so comfortable that I discussed with my friends about moving in permanently to this place… if wishes were horses…

Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

We had a great time during our stay in Goa, and Abhiba Stay was a comfortable and relaxing place. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free. That said, a little more attention to cleanliness would elevate the stay even further. The kitchen could be more hygienic, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, and the pool could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience, and with these small improvements, it could be exceptional.

It was good experience!

The SkyVilla was just as described. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, we felt right at home. Check in went smoothly with Mr Mantu, the caretaker giving us a tour and showing us how everything worked. He was able to converse in English, Hindi and Konkani and he was very pleasant, friendly and happy. The place was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the beach, Mango Tree bar, Jaws bakery and the famous Friday night market at Hilltop. We loved it and will certainly be back!

Visited with my parents and I was quite concerned about everything but Nimish’s place surpassed all our expectations. It was clean, everything was fully functional. Nimish was also very responsive and helped us with anything and everything we asked for.
