Great Cost Benefit. Marli is very friendly and communicative and presented the apartment in a super new building. Full kitchen, a ceiling fan in the bedroom and another in the living room/kitchen, private garage, great WIFI, great bathroom/shower, full room and super comfortable. The location is also excellent. In a 5 minute walk you are at the Train of Waters Station (sightseeing tour of São Lourenco to Soledade de Minas). A little more than 10 minutes and you arrive at Parque das Águas, very beautiful, and where the Balneário is located. The town of Caxambú. It is a 35-minute drive from São Lourenco. Anyway, I recommend Marli's space while you're in São Lourenço!

I really enjoyed staying in João's apartment, which was very attentive during our stay at his home. The house was clean, organized and with everything we need for a quiet stay. Basic items, cleaning supplies at your disposal. There were even carpets in the bathroom and in the bedroom, which I don't usually find in other places I stay. The location is excellent, with everything close by, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tourist attractions, etc. The building staff are very polite and attentive. I'll come back and recommend it to friends.

I went with my in-laws who are old and we love. the apt super comfortable, clean and cozy. Everything works perfectly, including wifi. Excellent location for those who like to walk. We like it very much, we feel at home.

The house is magic! Beautiful, surprising. A wonderful view, the noise of the delicious, super-equipped creek - has absolutely EVERYTHING. We have been very happy days! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The location is otima, very close to visconde de Mauá but it has some climbs that require a little of the car until it reaches the house. but I guarantee it is worthaaaa. In the outdoor area there is a toton my nephew loved, the warm jacuzzi the night was perfectaaa Host is very helpful, communicative and helpful. Super Recommend and would come back again and again.

Simply wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, high quality linen, hand towels in all bathrooms, impeccable furniture, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything all right! I've never seen pots so clean and shiny! The only thing is the barbecue that was dirty and with scraps of food from the previous stay but that was just one detail that before the whole set of the work turned out to be small we cleaned up and done! The experience was fantastic whenever I come to São Thomé das Letras I want to stay at the Maciel house! Thank you Adriana for having us so well!

A refuge inside the Alcantilado! The cosy house with a large green area and a lovely balcony covered by Angel Shoes. Gramado with a place to network close to the river and also on the balcony. Large room, illuminated and with a fireplace for the colder nights. Shower with great water pressure and gas. Kitchen complete with stove and oven, large refrigerator and glasses and cutlery and appliances. I spent a beautiful carnival listening to birds and observing nature, vi hedgehog, hummingbird, saracura of the swamp, many butterflies and also saw time pass different from the big city, with more calm and silence. I had good breakfast and afternoons that I will remember until the next holiday I come back. This house is the end point in the debate between stay at AIRBNB or hotel, I stay with Casa do Alcantilado no doubt! The stay at the Fabiana Property was amazing, very close to the Pyramid less than 5 min on foot, close to the parent church less than 10 minutes on foot. This made it very easy to get to know the city, shop and enjoy the sunset on the pyramid. The rooms are according to the photos, we went in 4 people and all were very well accommodated. The bathroom is very simple, but functional. It was worth it, great cost-benefit in São Tomé. We hope to return in the future!

Great value The building has an elevator and ramps. Located in a very quiet environment. It is a simple apartment, accessible and very close to the city center (in a 10-minute walk you will have access to the supermarket, the bakeries, the restaurants and the famous Parque das Águas). Overall, our expectations were met.

The chalet is great and the common use space as well. We used the pool because it was very hot, but it had jacuzzi and sauna, upon prior appointment. We stayed very little time, but we wanted to stay longer. I have a bad sleep, but I managed to sleep very well there. Quiet place, despite being close to everything. From the outside, even to listen to the songs of the bars from afar, but closing the door is an absolute silence. The driveway is further away, but to get out of there it is better to walk, if it is nearby. Just take a walkway that leaves inside the mall that you get on the main street. Perfect location.

A great option for those looking for a comfortable, quiet place with a pleasant atmosphere and with private access to the shopping centre of Penedo. The Chalet is very functional and perfectly served our family stay.
