Vacation rentals with a patio in Baden District

The Airbnb was in excellent condition, everything was as described/in the photos and very clean. David was super friendly and always responded directly. I can only recommend it.

Cozy, tastefully decorated. The unit has everything you need for a stay - we felt right at home. Very close to Vienna Airport, very convenient for an early flight. Smooth and quick communication with the host Melih, also offered us a transfer to the airport which was an added convenience. We will definitely stay there again!

We had 3 wonderful days in the apartment. It is very centrally located in the city center and yet very quiet. Slept wonderfully and was very cozy coming home. For a pleasant stay, everything is available. The host surprised us with treats. In short, we would like to come back.

This place was perfect for the last night of our trip to Vienna. It was an easy 20 minute ride to the airport. Easy check-in. And check out. The breakfast was a nice touch as well. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The sauna was an extra bonus for some nice relaxation after our travels. In a small town so doesn’t look like there is much to do but we were there to just relax and unwind before our trip home and it was perfect.

The house is in a quiet place with a nice garden outside, it is not too far from a large supermarket and there is everything needed for a comfortable staying.

Private, safe and convenient spot a short walk from the heart of Baden Bei Wien. Great host, good value. I highly recommend it .

We enjoyed this modern apartment, it's very fresh and newly furnished. The convenient garage was a definite plus. Stefan was also a great host, very responsive.

The house is a true gem, quiet, calm location, very well furnished and equipped, modern, clean... all you need is there to immediately feel at home. Wolfgang is a very friendly host, quick to answer and very helpful. The area is a little remote, so you´ll need a car for getting around, but this is exactly what we were looking for, so from our perspective this is also a big plus :-) Next time in Vienna, we´d be happy to come back.

The rental is true to the listing. The furniture is not of first age (a matter of taste for a '70s decor) but remains functional and practical. Mich is very attentive, responsive and gives good advice. With the bus/metro connection we were able to enjoy Wien without taking the car. When we arrived we had enough to make a simple dinner (thank you) and especially a small welcome gift. The space is large and allows many to be without stepping on it.

Accommodation was great and as described. We had everything we needed. There were two little things that could have been better, which is complaining at a high level. Great for an overnight stay and very cozy. Easy to reach by car. For a trip to the center of Vienna, it is already a little outside but with the car no problem at all. We would definitely do again! Communication was also great and great!

Perfect location for private parties, there were 20 people and everyone had space. Markus was very friendly and accommodating, especially with regard to early check-in in order to be able to cool purchased food in time. We'd love to come back anytime

Very nice and modern little house to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax. Very quiet area. All around there are many possibilities for nice forest walks.

We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

I felt very comfortable in Claudia's beautiful apartment. It is clean, modernly furnished but cozy with a personal style. I particularly liked the good amenities and the excellent kitchen. Claudia herself is super warm. I'd love to come back!

We felt immediately comfortable in the apartment! It was very clean and you had everything you need in everyday life. We were particularly pleased with the little touches, such as milk and beer in the fridge and a small bottle of wine. A high chair and own bedding was provided for our one-year-old daughter! The small garden is very nicely designed and invites you to linger, unfortunately we just didn't have the best weather - maybe next time, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was located on a brilliant street, only a tram ride into the centre. Would highly recommend.

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
