We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment The photos matched exactly with reality, the apartment was extremely clean, bright and welcoming. The location is private and quiet and the playground just across the terrace was really great even in winter with a child, with our 6-year-old, the stay was perfect. The view from the terrace was very nice and the selection of movies, books and games was great. In the kitchen, nothing was missing to prepare meals, in the bathroom, it had a lot of excellent quality towels, toilet paper available, coffee! Everything was perfect! We immediately felt right at home. Nicole was a great hostess, kind, warm, accommodating and always attentive. We highly recommend this listing and we'll happily be back. Thank you for hosting us! It was a very pleasant stay! Best RBNB in Ravensburg!

Adelheid is a delightful host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is incredible and instantly relaxing. The village of Bodman is peaceful and safe and had a great playground and bar on the harbour. Great location to visit local attractions and explore the area.

We felt really comfortable. Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully and stylishly decorated. The bed was super comfortable, except for the pillows that were too high for me personally, but there were alternative small pillows that we could use, then everything was perfect. Christian and Larissa are super likeable and write back quickly if you have questions or tips for good activities. We will be back!

There were three of us in the sufficiently large apartment. The apartment is pretty and conveniently furnished; furniture incl. Beds are very comfortable. Allensbach is a good starting point for trips to Constance (about 10 minutes by train), Salem (Affenberg) and of course to the island of Mainau. We didn't lack anything. We can highly recommend the apartment.

A very nice Airbnb in a great location! We felt very comfortable in this place. Everything was very clean and the apartment was really very well equipped. In addition to a hot air, deep fryer and an Optigrill, there was also a coffee maker with milk frother ready. There was nothing wrong with the other amenities of the apartment, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies were provided. The connections to the bus and train (within walking distance in 5-10 minutes) are really good to see a little something at Lake Constance. With the "ECHT BODENSEE CARD" which is provided to you as part of your stay in Sipplingen, we were able to use the train for the most part free of charge. Overall a very nice stay, which we will remember well, also thanks to a very accommodating landlady.

Super great place for families!!! Perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and we felt very comfortable. Lake Constance is very close and otherwise many excursion possibilities around the location are very easy to reach. Oskar, the house dog, is another great asset for children. Christian was always responsive and helpful to us!

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!

Spacious accommodation, the space was well used so everything was very practical, homely and cozily. Everything we needed in everyday life was available, it was clean and we felt comfortable.
