Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Bad Aussee

As a group of friends, we booked the house for a weekend and had a great time. The house is perfect for larger groups, everything was available, we didn't miss anything. The communication with Manuel was also very easy, he was very flexible. Thanks for a great stay, we will be happy to come back!:)

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is nicely built, well equipped and has a great view of the surrounding mountain. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (is actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help here via a room scent, which unfortunately only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord, you are also not in it and we were grateful for the help offered.

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

It is a 3 floor building, it is difficult for old people to go up all the time, and hard to bring the bags up. In general, it is very clean and nice with nice srroundings. 2 bedrooms do not have air condition. It is 5 star for sure. Everything you can think about is there.

I had another great winter sports holiday with my family in the Traumhaus! It is a very suitable house for families with young children. The view in the living room of the snowy mountain peaks is really fantastic :-). Communication with Monika goes well and responds quickly. I recommend this apartment to everyone for a great time in the sun or in the snow.

A beautiful place to stay just 30 minutes outside of Salzburg. Everything was as pictured and Konstantin was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. The views were incredible and the house had so much charm and character. During the winter the house heats up quickly so bring layers!

Our stay was very satisfactory all week and you can relax very well in the cottage from Manuell. It is located at the end of a quiet street and is very easy to reach by car. For the daily drive to the ski gondola, however, the car is a great relief and was therefore no problem for us. A bun car came directly to the house twice a week, otherwise a bread roll service, which was unfortunately not possible, would have been pleasant. The equipment is good, some wonderfully new (TV, speakers and two bedrooms) and a few small things in the kitchen would have to be replaced or repaired. All minor issues could be resolved and resolved immediately. All in all a very nice stay! We would definitely come back.

Very centrally located. 7 minutes walk to valley station De Achter Jet. Here, there are also 2 Intersport shops. Intersport Arena sits right next to the Achter Jet gondola. The other Intersport (Intersport am Jet) is 50 meters away. At both locations you can rent ski equipment and also have ski depots at both and both close to the gondola. The Mpreis is also something of 8 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Spar and the baker are further. At Mpreis also fresh rolls but opens from 8 a.m. The bakery from 6 a.m. but is a fifteen-minute walk. The apartment itself is ideal. 2 rooms separated by a hall. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub with shower and the other with shower cabin. Both also a toilete. Not very modern but a small dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster. Good Wifi. Really wonderful beds. In short, with all the comforts! Around balcony,no part slope view in afternoon sun

The place was perfect for our snowboard weekend. Everything necessary is available in the apartment and the location is also great. Ski bus stops right in front of the house. You can reach the gondola in 5 minutes.

It was a great stay. Everything worked out perfectly, if I had any questions, I wrote a message to the landlord and got an answer immediately. Place was very clean and modernly furnished. Can't complain.

We LOVED this home, the area and Lauren’s amazing communication. The town is cute and there is plenty to do in the area. Lauren sends a great list and there are maps in the home. The apartment itself is incredible- views from all balconies, comfortable beds, big bathrooms and a fantastic and fun main living area. We also loved swimming in the lake! super house well insulated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are a bit on the hard side or a little saggy. But for a week, neatly tidied up, of everything present sled or games. Close to the slopes and easy to drive to. Next to the house also a slope. Nice for the kids to see. Easy parking. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. you could also wash yourself. was a nice week thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and very nice for hiking. We were 4 adults and 4 children. They had a lot of fun and fell in love with the mountains.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

We felt comfortable! Communication with Nicolet was quick, helpful, friendly! The cabin was clean, beds, pillows, mattresses comfortable! After a busy day on the nearby slopes, the sauna was very relaxing! Always happy to come back!

Beautiful, cozy holiday home with everything you need for a few days of relaxation. Nice surprise on arrival with chocolate and sparkling wine! Monika was always easily accessible and there were still many helpful instructions in the house. The living room is a little dark - you want to sit outside at the dining table or in the warm season during the day and sunshine. The sauna is great!

Very nice quaint cabin on the slopes secluded in the forest and very nice, helpful hosts - we were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!
