We had a great time at Luigi's place! The accommodation was consistent with the photos: clean, spacious and very pleasant to stay in. Luigi was a very welcoming host, despite the language barrier, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would like to emphasize that a car would be ideal for getting around the area. We are hiking enthusiasts and like to discover the surroundings on foot or public transit, but here transportation was a little limited. However, that didn't stop us from discovering the wonders of the area! We were lucky enough to visit Rome, the beautiful islands of Procida and Capri from the port of Naples, as well as Pompeii . Naples itself is a fascinating city, rich in museums and history. Unfortunately, two weeks were not enough. In short, a memorable stay.

Great for a quick weekend! Christian was super welcoming and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and he showed us around and gave us information on the town!

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

I traveled alone at Rosanna's where I had a splendid stay! I highly recommend the place for one or two people (not 4, the clic-clac is in the kitchen). The apartment is new, the outside is very nice: terrace (which is very well equipped), many plants, views of palm trees, … A bus stop ready to take you wherever you want in the island! A small weak point: communication (Rosanna does not speak English, the address was inaccurate, proposal to pick me up by minibus 10 minutes before my arrival, reminder that parties are prohibited when I had several times specified that I was traveling alone,...). The good news is that it's corrected!

Getting in was a little confusing at first, but Claudia was very helpful the first day. The apartment is lovely, and quiet--which is hard to find in Trastevere! Great kitchen, great views from the windows. Overall charming.

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

I love it when an Airbnb exceeds my expectations. To be clear, my expectations are 1- an honest listing; 2- close enough to “attractions” to be able to drive 30 minutes or so, but far enough to feel like a local; and 3- convenient parking and a quiet sanctuary after a long day of adventure. This was all that and more. First night, I cooked pork chops with lemon and rosemary from the garden. The pictures do not do this place justice. The sunsets are breathtaking. It is absolute paradise - quiet and beautiful. Down the road, there is a delicious deli for picnic packing or lunch. Giulio is an attentive host - he provided a basket of snacks, Prosecco, and beer; a fully stocked pantry; all bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. He messaged me to see if we needed anything. He’s great.

Sara's place is an oasis of calm and peace after busy days sightseeing in Napoli. When you arrive you will think you have been tricked as it looks as if there is no way a swimming pool could be hidden in the housing block. But then the magic of the property slowly reveals itself to you and the secret garden appears. We loved our stay and our boys enjoyed having a pool to jump into after long days out. We took taxis to and from the center which worked out OK. We didn't get to explore the more local area but found plentiful delivery options for great food. Sara was great. Very helpful with messages and assisted with our arrival and departure which was a lifesaver as we had a load of luggage. There are steps to navigate so keep that in mind if steps are an issue. Finally... Follow the garage limitations as it is a tight three ramps to the parking space if you have a bigger car.

Our stay at The Cave far exceeded our expectations. Yes, it was clean, easy to check in, and matched the description. What stood out were the details of the space and the host. Each corner of the home perfectly captures the heart of Naples. Additionally, The Cave’s host, Attilio, was arguably THE best host I have encountered. From check in to check out, he made sure we were comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend staying at The Cave and huge thank you to Attilio!

Laura's flat was just as described. Absolutely Charming. Very spacious and accommodating for two couples with even more room for one more. The home offered a perfect location right in front of Pescatore Beach. From our balconies we had a view of the beach in front and an absolutely peaceful forest in the back. We would enjoy wine and appetizers on the beautiful Terrance before heading out for our evening stroll and later dinners. It was truly the best of both worlds. Walking distance to both the Port and the Castle. The refrigerator was stocked with fresh fruit, bottled waters, local white wine, coffee grounds and pastries which were greatly appreciated. Laura would check in with us on a daily basis asking if we needed anything. My one and only issue was that there was no air conditioner, but we had a fan and Laura also offered to purchase a 2nd one if we needed. When we return to Ischia, we definitely will plan to stay at this beautiful home.

What can I say but that the apartment and Andrea were fabulous. I cannot think of a single negative. As many preceding guests have said the view of Naples, Naples Bay, Vesuvius, Sorrento and Capri is something you have to see to believe. Breathtaking. You can experience this in a panoramic manner both within the apartment and on the roof terrace. The apartment itself is very clean, well appointed, up to date and, importantly, comfortable. My wife and I were pleased with the location, away from all overly crowded tourist areas which are nonetheless accessible via taxi, bus or a short walk to the Naples subway system. We walked to the quattro giornate subway station nearly every day stopping at one of many excellent coffee bars for espresso and pastry. Andrea, the host was there upon our arrival, explained the workings of the apartment in detail and was always available for any questions or concerns. This was our 12th long stay visit to Italy and this property was by far, the best!

I had an unforgettable two weeks in Naples, in large part due to the appartment of Luigi and Silvia. I don't think it's far off to say that this might be the cleanest place in the city, and that's saying something since it's located in the energetic streets of Quartieri Spagnoli. The place felt like a home away from home. All the amenities and tools you might possibly need were there and the interior felt so personally decorated. But what made this appartment stand out the most, were the hosts Luigi and Silvia. I have visited lots of Italian cities over the last couple of years and never have I felt more at home than here. From the very first warm welcome to the last goodbye, Luigi and Silvia were always there for a tip, a request, an emergency or a talk. To even the smallest of details, they paid attention. Never have I visited an appartment where there was already water in the fridge or fruit on the table. It's the hallmark of amazing hosts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A great stay! Luigi was very welcoming and waited up late to let us in after a long flight delay, even delivering us some fresh pastries in the morning. The villa was exactly as described with great views of the sea. The roads were very narrow up to the house so we parked ~100m away from the house and walked up the hill.

Massimo is a wonderful host. Its obvious he enjoys welcoming guests. During our holiday, we kept asking for his advice and he was always on hand to help us. This made us feel very secure. On the practical side: When we arrived at the flat he had provided us with so many useful things like jams, bread, milk, olive oil, toilet roll, washing up stuff, shampoo and mosquito stuff. The only thing to note is that the flat is located in a Marina which is a slight distance from the 'town' of Vica Equense. There is a local bus that goes from the Marina but it's sometimes full. If any of your party have mobility problems then you need to consider that. We loved coming back to the peace of the Marina and its lovely restaurants.

We had an excellent stay in October, we have three children so the large enclosed garden was perfect, having the home all on one level made it easy with having small children. the house was well equipped and comfortable, a home from home experience. Walking distance to the beach and a few good pizzerias within walking distance also. a great location to use as a base to access many towns and tourist attractions. Vincenzo was a great host, extremely helpful with recommendations and always replied to messages efficiently. Thank you for a great stay!

An immaculate home away from home that is close enough to the bustling little town of Forio, while still enjoying peace and quiet. Perfectly equipped and comfortable house surrounded by lush, vibrant gardens and a couple of very friendly cats. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome, helped us with our bags and offered plenty of recommendations of places to eat and drink and activities to do across the island. He was especially helpful when our return ferry was cancelled due to high seas and helped us in organising an alternative route back to the mainland. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we look forward to staying here again. Don’t miss out if this place is available!

We absolutely loved the garden and the pool, and Enzo’s dad was very sweet. The house was slightly shabby, but the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was really great. It was perfect for a family holiday, and we would definitely return to Ischia. The mini market is extremely useful and convenient. It was confusing that both the listing address and the map on the listing displayed different incorrect addresses. The last message Enzo sent contained the correct address, but it still left us confused and lost on arrival as the taxi driver had no idea where the house was. Luckily Enzo’s dad came and saved us. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, but lacked enough glasses, mugs and serving dishes to make cooking and serving family meals easy. However, we would still highly recommend the villa as the garden and pool made it a fabulous holiday destination. We loved Ischia. Enzo’s dad brought us homemade wine and eggs from the garden, and made us feel very welcome- many thanks!
