We had a great vacation. It was centrally located to view waterfalls, beaches and lighthouse. Great restaurants near by. Very friendly residents

Aubrey was very responsive. My husband left his favorite shirt and Aubrey responded to his message immediately and said she would have his shirt sent to him. The house was in a perfect location, within walking distance to all the bar, shops and restaurants. It is a super cute and clean house and the fenced in backyard worked great for our dogs.

We had an amazing stay at Andrew and Tiffany’s. Their place is super cozy, squeaky clean, quiet, and the views are amazing! My sister and I had a wonderful time, and we loved all the details and the personal touches as well. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb‘s and this one is by far one of the best. I hope I can come back someday! Andrew and Tiffany gave us suggestions on things to do and places to go, and they were super responsive. I definitely recommend staying with them!

My friends and I had a great stay at Megan’s lake house in Beaver Bay. We spent the weekend checking out the rocks on the beach and lounging around the house - It was very peaceful and beautiful. There were some nearby restaurants/bars, convenience stores, and a grocery store. Even though the location is pretty remote and private, it’s still conveniently located if you need anything. The house is updated, clean, and very cute! We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I couldn’t have had a more positive stay at Phil’s cabin. It’s as described, sitting right on the edge of Lake Superior. We are cozy, nature-loving homebodies, so this was a stellar getaway. At the timing of this review, we stayed 3 nights in early off-season March 2025 (chilly, with heavy snowfall on our last day) which saw several weather changes that only enhanced the natural surrounding atmosphere. The cabin is close to Split Rock Lighthouse and 20 minutes to Two Harbors proper, with plenty to see and do. If not going out to the café, brewery, or state park, we were bundling and idling indoors quietly admiring a very clean, plentiful cabin with working amenities. Phil and Emily were transparent hosts in ensuring we were set up with a cozy, accomodating experience and (to go without saying) very respectful of our privacy. We arrived with a scenic, humble getaway in mind and they absolutely delivered. We hope we can visit again in the near future. Thank you so much!

This is just what we needed for a “home-base” while we went fishing up and down the North Shore rivers. Super convenient location in Two Harbors that’s close to everything in town. Amanda was very responsive if we ever had a question. Recommend.

Place was fantastic. We stayed 3 nights (March, 2025) with four young kids, two adults. Everything is very well communicated/clear (access, entry, garage, rules, etc) everything is known up front (kitchen items, fireplace, etc) Place is big and quiet too. Very clean, updated, cozy, and well lit (also with blackout curtains in all bedrooms) Kitchen is nice with everything you need to cook, including a grill (already had tea, keurig coffee and cups, oil, seasonings, including paper towels, zip locks, detergent, soap, etc) There is everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, towels). Tons of games, puzzles, and books. But the best of all..... private beach, sauna, tons of firewood, garage, AND a washer/dryer. Fantastic North Shore Location (near Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, Two Harbors, Tettegouche, etc). It's quiet, it's big, it's got everything you need, it's a great set up and we would proudly recommend this place to any of our family and friends!

We loved this place! Its modern, lovely, and huge! Downstairs has a pool table in one big room and an adjacent common area with a large screen TV and seating, and an entry room for gear storage and that leads to the lake and trails. The main floor has a large kitchen, a bath with steam shower, a bedroom, and a living room with a fireplace and huge windows with views of Bark Bay and trees. Upstairs is a loft with more lake views and seating, and 2 large bedrooms with huge closets and a large shared bathroom with a tub and separate shower. High ceilings in the main and upstairs bedrooms add to the spacious feel. The home was also beautifully decorated and there are lots of games, books, and tasteful artwork. But even better is the property's long, fabulous lake shore trail along Bark Bay, with access to the water below during the summer season, and where you can swim in the caves beneath or jump into deep water, or simply sit gazing across the lake.

Beautiful and peaceful place made for a great vacation. I would definitely return and also recommend this place to family and friends or anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely getaway to the North Shore!
