A nice place to rest if you want peace and quiet. Although if you want movement, it is close to malles, downtown or Turi by car 12min. Easy to tour, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, tentitas nearby and up to a health center. Mrs. ANA who welcomes you is very kind, even the dogs in the area are friendly (I love the animals🥰). Don Richard is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time, relaxed, happy with the good atmosphere. Everything was as described in the listing. It has all the comforts of a pleasant stay.

I thought it was a great option for a budget stay, in Cuenca. It had many amenities and was comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is central and the place felt quite safe. There is a restaurant downstairs where we ate a very rich and inexpensive breakfast. The reservation was quick and the instructions to get in very clear. Henry was friendly and helpful at all times.

I 100% recommend Javier's apartment, it is excellent, very nice, clean and with easy access, they also had the incredible detail of leaving welcome waters and picaditas for my family, really generous. But undoubtedly the most remarkable thing was Javier's kindness and good predisposition to help us with a problem with our car, we will definitely come back and we are very grateful to Javier.

This place has the most beautiful view of Cuenca cathedral from its balcony. Wonderful area, safe, and very active at night with variety of restaurants. I recommend Kevin’s place 100%.

The location was very good, and the apartment was spotless. Very comfortable for the family, we felt comfortable had everything to stay. The host very attentive to the details and kind gave us all the nearby places we could find from a pharmacy to the bakery. We were happy with the stay, we will definitely be back.

I want to thank Linda for being an Amazing hostesses. Linda was responsive to all our needs. She even helped us get back into our Airbnb when we got locked out. Great location lots of cafes and restaurants and waking distance to everything. Loved the Airbnb. It was super clean and very quiet. Thank you for making our stay so amazing. Everything was excellent. The very beautiful place is just away from downtown allowing you to rest comfortably. Our tourist trip and entertainment tb. Nothing to complain, the manager Braulio was very kind and attentive to everything that was needed. I would definitely book it again. By the way if there are parks our vehicle was safe all the time.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Irma is responsive and helpful.

Damian was a great host, was speedy to reply to inquiries, and was easy to understand with excellent English. The condo was pristine and exactly as expected, according to the photos. There was some food and ingredients available for our use. We tried to replace what we consumed for the next guests. The view from the massive windows is long and extensive of Cuenca. Watching and hoping for the rain to reach us was fascinating, even if the rain never materialized until our departure. The location is primarily quiet, except during recess for the school nearby. This was not a bother but a gentle reminder that we stayed in a friendly and family-oriented neighborhood. It is a bit far to walk to restaurants. There is a small store less than 100 meters down the hill where essentials could be purchased. The guard, Francisco, was always ready to help with a smile and handshake. His concern for our comfort made all the difference! He would call a taxi for us. Then, negotiate the price!
