The apartment is strategically placed beside la Concha beach and lies at a ten minute walk from the old town. In the opposite direction are a wide variety of shops and cafes to enjoy a browse or a bite to eat. The apartment is well furnished with a comfortable sofa in the living area and a television/books for your entertainment. The beds are comfortable and wardrobe space is plentiful in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal with plenty of cutlery/crockery and a spacious fridge. Two bathrooms with showers ensured a n extra level of comfort. Luis was always available for advice and recommendations for the holiday. We had a very enjoyable time.

Spectacular views, very comfortable and very stylish apartment. Very important to have parking in Zarautz. And Amaia, very attentive, did not make everything very easy. We will repeat without hesitation

Absolutely delicious stay with family, with young children. Denise and her daughter welcomed us warmly. This site is a small, flowery, tranquil and unspoiled gem, thanks to Denise's vigilance. The cottage is relatively close to all the remarkable Basque sites, and allows you to stay quietly with small ones who need space, calm, and a beautiful pool to splash. Juan is a very friendly host, available and very attentive. Before we arrived, he sent us very complete documentation of the apartment and San Sebastian. He contacted us by wattsapp the same day to facilitate our arrival and then the first days of our stay to check in with us and ask us if we needed anything. It's enjoyable and comforting. The apartment is extremely well located on the main boulevard ( taxis, buses, shops, market) a few minutes from the main monuments and sites to visit (San Vincente Church, Santa Maria, Bay of La Concha). The apartment is very clean, spacious, very well equipped. The bedding is very comfortable as in an upscale hotel. The view is unobstructed and overlooks the old town and Mount Urgull. The large terrace is lovely. We loved our stay and had a lovely holiday.

My family and I enjoyed the accomodation. The three of us and our dog Ren, were comfortably accommodated. The Playa Antonio, just down the hill, was beautiful and we spent many hours walking on the beach. The tram station was close by.

The apartment is enormous and very well kept. There was plenty of space for our family of 4, with an especially large and well equipped kitchen, and more than enough room to keep out of each other’s way when we needed to. It’s blocks from the beach and a quick easy walk to the older part of town with tons of restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is quiet but not boring. The parking spot is a definite plus. Karmen was super flexible, friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
