We open our max 4 rooms to our guests at the same time. All of our rooms are located on the 2nd floor and are 25 m2 wide. Each room has its own balcony and bathroom. Downstairs lounge, patio and lounge areas in our garden are open for common use. The price indicated is our Aegean breakfast. We are 3 km away from the beach called Yerdeniz, which we have a contract on the beach and the pier of the Sarayhan Hotel, which we have an agreement with. We had a friendly accommodation experience with a magnificent location and sea view in the warmth of the family run by Ms. Sunay and Mr. Erkan. It was such a pleasant and private experience to encourage people to settle in Asos. The breakfasts in the morning offered a delight to mind with the jams he made and the baked goods he baked. We will experience this stay in different seasons at the top of Olympos with a view of Lesvos, which is open in summer and winter.

The room was suitable for our needs, clean, stylish, and completely as described. The view was also nice. The village is also a very cute place. Communication with Mr. Oğuz was smooth from the booking stage to the end of the stay. The room had everything one could need and was working smoothly. Hygiene and cleanliness were quite good. We preferred this place to relax when the season was off and it was close to everywhere we wanted to go in terms of location. Mr. Oğuz described the location in more detail on the phone and saved us time. She was flexible with check-in and checkout time. The silence and calmness we wanted were available. Unfortunately, the breakfast place in the photos was closed on the dates we stayed, so we couldn't try. Overall, we are very satisfied with the price and performance. We would definitely like to come back and stay in this area when the season opens. Thanks for everything.

It was a cute and clean hotel. It was an extremely warm welcome from the first time we entered. The place was calm. It was pleasant to sit in the garden. You can eat in the evenings if you want. Mr. Fikret was very helpful, providing information about the location. The only downside is that you can't do anything if you don't have a car. Car parking is restricted and the village roads are narrow. It takes 15 minutes to the beaches by car.

Mr. Gürkan is a very nice host. She was very helpful with everything and answered every question quickly and in detail. The places of the houses are quite nice, the bay is in a relatively calm spot. Although we were without a car, we also easily reached it with the help of minibuses and Mr. Gürkan. The sea is wonderful, shared with other guests of Gürkan Bey, always very calm, with a pier from a small beach. Both rooms and kitchen are very clean and comfortable. In short, we were very happy in every way, if I have the opportunity, we would like to go again and recommend it to everyone.
