We werw two couples in this apartment for 8 nights on October.The stay in the apartment was comfortable,it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable,the wi-fi is exellent,there is always hot water,it has everything you need to prepare your own meals.The terrace is huge to enjoy with a view of the pool.The apartment is five minutes from the best Nissi beach,there are many restaurants,markets and bakeries nearby.The host offered us transportation from the airport and was in contact with us in case of need.Entering the apartment is easy with a code,there is also a parking lot if you rent a car.The place is a good starting point for visiting the Famagusta area, there are bus stops to Ayia Napa and intercity transport nearby. All recommendations for staying in the apartment,we would love to come back again next year.

The host was very kind and considerate of the checkout time. The location was very good and the value for the money was excellent. It is not a bustling alley, but it connects to the downtown area and takes less than 5 minutes to go to South Cyprus, so it seems to be the best for walking travelers.

Very nice place to stay, comfortable and near to seaside

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

We said that we made this choice until the first day of our vacation. Mr. Cemal is a very caring and helpful host. The location, cleanliness, order of the house, everything was impeccable. The facility already has a lot of amenities. We had a great vacation, the place to stay when we come back to Cyprus and our host is clear...

I would like to say that we had great time in the apartment. it is clean, you have everything inside there, from towels, cutleries, soap, dishes and other things that are useful in an apartment. The area is quiet and the neighbourhood is safe. We walked to the beach, the distance being short and the way to the beach being a pleasant one. We had the sea view with an amazing sunrise. We have a 7th month daughter so it's easily for me to see the sunrise :) I would like to thank to Christina from Sunaholic because she was a true angel for us. We had our return flight late at night and she allowed us to stay in the apartment as long as we needed. For us it was a great help, because we were with our two small children. You were great Christina, thank you again!! I will truly recommend this apartment

Great stay, exactly like the photos, very good value for money.

It's a good and QUIET place to stay. Pool not so big, but it's fine. Personal are very friendly. Our room had a small kitchen, put pan was soo bad. We tried to make a dinner, and pan was so sticky. I think it's old or just bad quality. But place is so peaceful. It has a cafe and nice price for food.

Stylish, clean place! Perfect location! The only disadvantage is that there isn't parking available for free.

Liv hotel is not only luxurious but it is clean, offers incredible views of Larnaca and has the coolest jacuzzi I’ve ever been in. The staff were extremely helpful and attended to all our needs, in particular, Guy, who made our holiday more than enjoyable alongside suggested awesome tourist places to visit! We’ll be back soon

It was a pleasure experience stay in this apartment. The landlord is super kind and always provide efficient assistance. Will definitely stay when in Nicosia next time! :)

Michaels place was absolutely fantastic. It was clean and spacious and fully furnished with all the amenities one could need. The views of the sea were amazing. Definately coming back to stay again! Thanks again Michael for being a great host!!

I want to recommend this place, very good location: there is a large swimming pool and sports pool , many cafes, spa, gym, tennis cord, barbecue, supermarket and sea are not far away! The hostess is very welcoming and helpful! Recommended
