Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Avon

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Allison was a great host and always very responsive. We came into town for a ski trip, so often came back home very tired. But the home felt so cozy and relaxing, we felt no regrets about the booking and look forward to staying there again on our 2026 ski trip.

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

Our stay here for a group ski trip was everything we had imagined. The house was very easy to check into and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and silverware/pots that we needed throughout the week. There were 10 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. The house was very spacious, we felt like we were in a hallmark Christmas movie! It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street in Breck which was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and going skiing. The hot tub was fabulous and the pool table downstairs was great to all hang around when we got home for the evening. The only problem we had was that the shower in the Jack and Jill bath did not work, however the host was very accommodating and immediately gave us some money back for the issue. We would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Breck.

We were so impressed with the cabin and felt that every touch was thoughtful! It was so close to the skiing areas, restaurants and hikes. We couldn’t have had a better time!

We enjoyed our stay. Rae is an extremely responsive host. Extremely easy to communicate with. The house is cozy and easy to walk downtown (it is uphill on the way back). The basement was relatively cold; however, there were space heaters in the closets. Also, found a railing in the closet to use as a barrier to the top bunk if you have a kid up top and are worries they may roll off. Deck and hot tub were fantastic. It seems like Rae has done a nice job with a lot of small, meaningful touches like towels for the hot tub and an extra fridge.

We stayed here for a ski trip and couldn't recommend it more! We skied Beaver Creek and Vail and the proximity to both while still feeling removed enough to not hear resort or interstate traffic was amazing! It was only a 5 minute drive to Beaver Creek parking, and only 10-15 minutes to Vail. The house itself was incredible, with a great kitchen with updated appliances and plenty of silverware and dishes for our large group. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was great for watching a movie at night, and the hot tub was excellent after a hard day on the mountain. But the best part was the heated bathroom floors. No more freezing your feet off when you shower on a cold morning. The hosts were responsive, and proactive. When I had questions they were quick to respond and often times I got information I didn't even know I needed before I realized I needed it. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was amazing! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice! So much room and space. Two big bedrooms with a large kitchen! Felt like a house. He was awesome will def be renting from him again!

We had the best trip and a huge part of that was because of how wonderful our stay was! The home is picturesque perfect. Beautiful views. Our host was so kind and quick to respond! I can’t recommend this property enough!

Had a great, comfortable stay! Location is convenient to get to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The only downside is that the Westin Gondola doesn’t take you to the main Beaver Creek Village side where the ski school is. You’d need to take a shuttle or drive there. Tip: Request for a room facing the creek/mountains couple of days before your check-in day, though our view facing the town wasn’t bad either.

A beautiful, clean, home. It was hard to leave the hut tub next to the creek!

This Airbnb was perfect for our ski trip. The place was very spacious and had an amazing view. The Airbnb was a 10 minute walk to the peak 9 lift and a 10 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Not only is it super cute and cozy, but it is a mere 10 minutes from Keystone and 20 minutes to A-Basin. Lisa was incredibly communicative and flexible, especially when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay by a night. There is also a strong sense of community in the area, as lots of the neighbors greeted us while we were out walking our dog. Overall, I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks, Lisa!

Skied at Breckeridge for 4 days and this Airbnb made it feel right at home. The location is great with an amazing view. It's packed with supplies and very cozy.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful place! The hot tub was amazing after a long day of snowboarding. The fireplace was the perfect place to convene and enjoy the warmth together. Five stars!!

We loved our stay in Breckenridge and loved Chris's place! It fit our family of 8 perfectly. The views from every window are amazing! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the wood stove, and the dining table which was prefect for eating and playing lots of games:) The location is great, easy drives to all the nearby ski resorts. We hope to be back again someday!

We loved the easy drive to Breckenridge—it was so nice to step away from the busy town and unwind in a peaceful, private retreat. The cabin had everything we needed and more: plush towels, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, games, and plenty of hooks for gear. The dog bowls, treats, and bed were such a thoughtful touch. The little notes around the home gave us a laugh and added charm. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our dogs—cozy and comfortable. We were especially excited for the hot tub and sauna after snowboarding. On night one, we only used the sauna—it was relaxing but didn’t get as hot as others we’ve used. The next night, we returned to find a heater running to the hot tub that wasn't there before and the jets not working. I messaged Amy, who responded quickly and let us know the hot tub had broken and the service team hadn’t told her. She offered a remedy, which we appreciated. Still had a lovely time—just wish the amenities had worked as expected.

What a beautiful cabin! Perfect base camp for Copper, Abasin, Keystone, Breck etc. The views from the cabin, sauna and hot tub speak for themselves! Also so lovely how private this feels, while also being able to walk around the neighborhood and 5 min drive from shops, restaurants and groceries of downtown Silverthorne. One of my favorite BnBs so far! Hope to come back soon :)

Beautiful cabin, Mikala and Jeremy were great always answered any questions quickly. Cabin feels private but only a short drive to town.
