Vacation rentals in Avgorou

We had a lovely week at the AirBnb. The place was as shown in the pictures. The pool was nice and big, there was an outdoor shower and also plenty of loungers and towels for showering and swimming. There was working air conditioning everywhere. The most important kitchen utensils were available, but a little more cutlery (spoons) would not have hurt. Unfortunately, the beds were a little saggy, a bed creaked extremely, so sleeping was unfortunately not so restful. The location is great, within walking distance you can reach a supermarket with all the necessary things and by car/bolt you are in 5 minutes in Ayia Napa, where there are many nice restaurants and opportunities for activities. You can also walk to a beautiful stretch of beach in a few minutes.

Immaculate clean on arrival. More facilities than one could possibly use. Thoughtful welcome gestures with Christmas treats and fridge basics on arrival - thank you. We didn’t have to buy mundane things like washing-up or dishwasher tablets. Marina is responsive and gives great recommendations when needed. The private garden sits infront of the ocean and falls into the old marina with fishing boats and a quaint beach. We loved our daily ritual of breakfast on the lawn with ocean views, and an afternoon cuppa sat at the rock pools right Infront. We could easily spend more weeks, we loved it. We also liked nipping to Bakers Arms for a cheeky pint and pie up-street. We hiked the coast most days to the border or Aya Napa. Also enjoyed Famagusta and Kavo Greco. In the winter Paralimni feels more lively and charming than Protaras or Aya Napa which are ghost towns.

Clean, spacious apartment. Super host. The dryer was missing and it was supposed to be. After reporting, the host ordered a dryer, which was delivered by the courier. Holy service. Recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at Vicky’s, she was a super responsive host, friendly, lots of great recommendations and the apartment had everything and more for a super wonderful stay. Location was also great, a short walk to delicious restaurants and a lovely beach, throughly recommend.

The villa was beautiful and the location was very quiet in a private road!! Bathrooms were very clean 😊 which is super important . The kitchen /living room area was very spacious to relax in . Thank you Georgia!

Alexandro’s place was fantastic! Its location was great, with easy access to Protaras and Ayia Napa, local beaches nearby too! The 9 of us went out to Cyprus for our friend’s wedding, so we made it into a 4 night holiday and I couldn’t recommend the villa, location and Alexandro’s as well as Ann’s support enough. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and supported in best way they can, recommending things to do, transport and on hand for anything else. Superb hosts and would stay there again!

Great place to stay quality/price. It is an old building but has been renovated so it looks modern. - Good wifi (About 90mb/90mb). - It has washing machine but it’s 800RPM, so will take longer to dry. - It has kettle but no microwave - Ioannis does everything he can to help so is really responsive, really helps.

Absolutely amazing place and host!!

Staying at Elena's villa was wonderful. The reason I booked it was because it looked clean and well-maintained. The pool was lovely, very clean and pump working well. The garden was beautiful with lots of trees and plants that made the area look so pretty. Lots of seating too. Inside was everything you could need for a hassle-free stay. Plenty of kitchen equipment, nice lounge area, beds were comfortable and everything seemed very clean which is important to me. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Elena. The villa is situated between two beaches, Sirena and Kalamies only 5 min walk which we did around 4pm most afternoons and had a swim in the sea. You will need a car if you want to get into Protaras strip. I would definitely recommend this villa.
