Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

A small and beautiful apartment in a central location for a few days to discover Rome! Especially the balcony is super nice. The area is a bit far from the heavy tourist hustle and bustle and still offers some good bars and restaurants. All major attractions are within easy reach

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Perfect place for a long stay with a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and an outdoor area that was lovely to enjoy lunch outside. Even though the train was across the street, somehow it was not noisy enough to bother us. The host was helpful and provided useful information. There are a few good restaurants, bakery, Gelato and supermarket just a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Nice, comfortable house for a family. The public transit to Trastevere was frequent and easy. We enjoyed our visit!

Beautiful airbnb just as described. Manlio's daughter Francesca was phenomenal, super helpful and very responsive. About 7min walk to the tram/bus and metro line is a little further. Little cafe and reaturnat basically right outside and 24hr grocery store nearby.

The house was spotless. It also had a beautiful courtyard for eating outside. It seemed a safe neighborhood. Parking was adequate, but there were no places to walk to, so it was useful for our car. The host was very kind and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Stefano's property, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment of our arrival, Stefano was a super helpful, courteous, attentive host and gave us many valuable tips. The aperitif and breakfast offered during the stay were plentiful and much appreciated. In addition, we had the opportunity to take advantage of the sauna and whirlpool service, a unique experience dedicated to relaxation. The apartment, as can be seen from the photos, is very welcoming and equipped with every need. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

All perfect, exactly as advertised. Subway, a 5-minute walk away, which made our tours a lot easier. I definitely recommend and we will host again. Bárbara was very attentive and clear in the information.

The house had plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen and a beautiful yard. Garage parking was a bonus. The location was peaceful and private with easy access to highways to airport and Rome. The house is a bit dated but still in great shape, overall great value for money. The host was extremely responsive especially with very late night checkin instructions.
