Guesthouse vacation rentals in Avalon Beach

Ideally situated for us visiting our son and family who live in Forrest Lodge. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 15 night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The wine and chocolates were much appreciated on our arrival and we received a warm welcome from Sue.

Private and affordable space with own bathroom and washing machine if needed. Great value for money if you have your own transportation in Sydney. Adam is very welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Heather welcomed us very warmly, Even during the holiday Season, Heather and her family take care of us a lot. If I visit Sydney again, I'll choose to stay Heather's Studio without hesitation. Bedding and other facilities were very clean. Same as pic and well managed. I brought lots of stuffs but everything was in here. Space was enough to for 2 Adults. Thank you Heather! We could sent special Christmas thanks to your family :)

We really enjoyed our time here! The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, and accessing the unit was very easy. The family in the main house was sweet, they were friendly and would wave and say hello if our paths crossed but never intruded on our space. The neighborhood’s convenient, parking seemed fine and a ten minute walk to the nearest grocery story

Such a lovely place to stay close by the beach. We spent the weekend here and loved how close the local cafes were. The room also had the comfiest bed!! Robyn was a great host and even offered to help us with our bags upon arrival. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, affordable and comfortable stay. 😊

For a short stay, this was a perfect location. We stayed at Alice’s place one night. The place was clean and comfy, as described. I was a bit scared for my dog (greyhound) with The stairs to the house, but she managed well! The two rooms and the open space were clean and very enjoyable. The bathroom was big, and the shower had an amazing pressure. Shampoo and Conditioner was provided, which was a huge plus as I forgot mines. It was Very close to all amenities, restaurants, cafes and the beach. We will choose this place again when visiting Central Coast on our next getaway. Thanks Alice!!

Perched amongst the treetops, the aptly named ‘Nest’ is the ideal place to roost in Brooklyn. From this high vantage point, you have sweeping views of the river but at the same time are little more than 100 metres from the wharf, cafes, restaurants and convenience store. Jo is the perfect host and has catered for your every need. There are generous quantities of consumables, (for example two dozen coffee pods). The trains are noisy to those unaccustomed to them, however, you will encounter train noise everywhere in Brooklyn. I am planning my next stay.

Ed provided a wonderful and clean space to stay in for 3 months. He was very considerate and responsive and always ensured all our needs were met. A lovely place to stay in a quiet part of the inner west of Sydney

Peaceful comfortable oasis, perfect for a get away! Beautiful swimming beach nearby in National Park, and dog walking beach nearby too. Easy to get to many coastal shops, restaurants and attractions. Delightful spa to unwind in on your return. Absolutely loved our stay!!

We had a great experience! I went with my friends to enjoy some days in Sydney and we had so much fun, and felt that we were at home everytime that we were going back to their Airbnb. The house is lovely, cosy, comfortable, located in a beautiful park that is close to the light rail station. I'd certainly stay here again :-)

We absolutely loved our stay at Anne-Marie’s property! The location was beautiful and only a short trip in the main town of Avalon. The house was very clean and all of the appliances were very new, with all the ammenities that we required. The host was also kind enough to leave a few breakfast items which was a nice touch to our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the nest. It is a beautifully designed and styled home. We loved the comfortable bed and the luxurious stone bath tub. We were also very grateful to Kerry for letting us use her plunge pool. Kerry was kind, generous and considerate, a proactive and lovely host! The nest is very close to lots of great cafes, restaurants and the beach we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Central Coast.
